Bed and pillows very uncomfortable, felt like we'd been beaten up! Only gave us 1 towel, no bath mat, shower was a dribble. Staff were helpful and nice, but hard to track down. Overall pretty uncomfortable 2 night stay.

the room was dirty and smelly. there were loads of ants and geckos in the room. the bathroom smelled awful and was very unclean. the towels were miserable. the bed was uncomfortable and there was no duvet, only a sheet. it was raining all 3 nights we stayed here and we were actually really cold in bed.

Located on a busy main road with non-stop street noise of cars and scooters even at 11pm - the shop next door sells earplugs I definitely recommend buying some if you stay here. Security of the property is poor as anyone can easily walk into the property from the street and access rooms on the ground and 1st floor. Construction and drilling every morning during our stay in the room right next door and underneath us starting at 7:55am and ending at 6pm even on a Saturday. The overall cleanliness of the property incredibly poor. Staircase and corridors seem to have never been swept and bird droppings and stains on stair case. Towels had a nasty smell and full of stains. Wifi upstairs did not work. Staff are young and not the friendliest bunch. No hot water. Overall I am incredibly disappointed and will not return or recommend to anyone.

Not a very social hostel. Never saw anyone hanging out by the pool.

The pool area is gorgeous. The rooms were big and nicer than I expected. Walking distance to the beach and to many areas. The price is quite high for an older building, but everything is expensive in uluwatu.

staff are really unhelpful. I’ve asked for a cup the receptionist said the cups were dirty. I asked if he could wash one for me he said “no” so I took the cup to my room and washed in my bathroom sink without detergent we asked about the exchange money because they had two signs to exchange money at the hotel with two different rates. the bed sheet was full of hair from the previous guest I would say the light in the room at night time is really poor and the bathroom is not also poor they don’t give you blanket so we asked for one and they didn’t even put a duvet cover on it I will definitely never stay there again
