While this was a temporary issue and was quickly resolved by the hotel staff, it was still an inconvenience that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Batu, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the comfortable rooms to the convenient location near the center of Batu, there were many highlights that made our stay enjoyable. One of the standout features of the hotel was the quality of the rooms. Our accommodations were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of the room. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. While not extravagant, the breakfast spread was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty meal to start your day or something lighter, there was something for everyone. The dining area was pleasant, and the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The hotel also boasted a nice pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, it's worth noting that the water temperature was quite cool, in line with the overall climate of the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the center of Batu was a definite plus. It made it easy to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops without having to travel far, adding convenience to our stay.
