Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe property is in a good location and family friendly, lovely staff, our only dislike was they were completing maintenance on the hot water system between 12 and 3pm which took a bit longer this usually wouldn’t bother us but with a 9 month old and a 3 year old would have been good for them to have a warm shower and a clean off from their swim before their sleep,

Australia* We were not advised that the garden cafe was demolished (but you did a great job of providing alternative eating options * We were not advised that construction work was underway immediately outside our balcony. We specifically booked a hotel with a balcony, but we were unable to use/enjoy it because of the construction noise. But we must admit that the builders were respectful with their working hours which was appreciated. * Upon arrival the room was smelt VERY damp, it was an overwhelming smell of dampness, but the staff reacted to our concerns EXTREMELY quickly by installing a de-humidifier and as a result the smell disappeared after 3 days * Our door key failed every day (AT LEAST ONCE PER DAY of our booking) this became extremely frustrating, and to a small degree did spoil our stay because we were constantly locked out of our room. The staff were always very prompt and apologetic on every occasion, but they were unable to fix the faulty door locks even on our final day
The staff, facilities, food and location were amazing

SingaporeComfortable sojourn in this part of Bali—the room is older but nothing that deprives one of restful nights. The polite and professional staff on bell, front desk duties, F&B service and around the resort certainly contributed to our happy vacation. Not being a breakfast person, I dare recommend the delicious morning buffet of Asian and Western offerings at Watercourt. To my partner’s surprise, I ate way more breakfast than ever, choosing from the generous spread: mie goreng with sambal ijo, Balinese corn fritters, Balinese green pancake, buttermilk pancake, carrot sponge cake, salted egg yolk-coated chicken, chicken sausages… Try also Bali Breeze at the Veranda Lounge & Bar—a delightful smoothie concoction of banana, pineapple, coconut and honey. Within walking distance is a dining and shopping enclave known as Bali Collection; however, if you venture slightly farther (10–15 minute stroll or 5-minute drive beyond the resort gates), there are smaller shops and warungs that are as good. Was especially impressed with the beach spruce-up efforts by appointed resort staff of seagrass and, sadly, plastic waste that follow the rising and ebbing tides. Relatively swimmable, though, beware rough sand and rocks at low tide, and strong surf and currents at high tide.

AustraliaThe rooms were a little damp towards the end of the holiday. The damp smell became slightly stronger. Also the thing that was frustrating is when they hosted events. The music was extremely loud until around 10 pm. We were advised but maybe consider moving the events away from all the rooms/villas It’s not good when you have children. Also there was one event on and the amount of rubbish that was left on the beach the next day it was actually quite sad.
Was a beautiful location and all the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face

AustraliaI don't know what happened from last year, but I guess there was some changes in the staff management. Last year they were exceptional, but this time pretty average. The customer excellence is gone.
I love this place, and it was the second time that I visited, bringing other 10 people with me. Love the facilities, the gym, the pools and the location. The breakfast is also amazing.

AustraliaVery expensive for food and drink. $90 for a breakfast buffet for 2 people is outrageous. It left a bitter taste in our mouth and would make us think twice about returning.

SingaporeWe ordered the dinner on 1 night and it seems the options were very limited (not to mention the portions were small) for in room dining. The room was not decorated to welcome guests personally and freebies were not included like free fruits basket and/or few chocolates/delicacies from cafe daily which is a norm in other 5 star properties and given complimentary to the guests as a welcome gesture
Breakfast and the location were good. We liked the proximity to the beach and the beautiful Balinese ponds all over the property. The stay was comfortable and the room clean and comfy

SingaporeThe place overall was sprawling and a bit too commercial with the American shops. The rooms were dated but fairly comfortable. For the price, this place was me.That said, I did not come for leisure but for work so did not fully experience the amenities. The dining service was slow and often incomplete- missing plates, cutlery, asking for repeat orders.
The property was not too far from the airport and wellthe grounds were well maintained.

RomaniaBecause of its size, the hotel does not have enough restaurants and dining options. Also, the reception should be more spectacular for a Hyatt brand hotel.
The hotel ground is amaizing, a real jungle and the beach is perfect. Unfortunately the hotel buildings as well the rooms are a bit tired and need a renovation. Anyway it compensate by the fantastic gardens and very large and wonderful beach.
