There are lots of flies in the dining area, I think that could be addressed with some traps. Coffee could be better.

It’s a beautiful place right on the beach. We also liked staff, the room, the bed and absence of mosquitoes.

The room shower is fixed too high . For my height 1.67 , I feel inconvenience whenever I have to slot back the shower during my use . . Need to consider fixing a.lower height holder for the shower

Some people not using utensils at buffet. Drawers instead of cupboard would be more useable. Nachos at kiosk was very underwhelming. Just a few chips and tiny bit of guoc and salsa.

Good location. Very easy walk to surfing, Mengiat Street, and Bali Collection. Buffet breakfast at resort was very nice with mix of Indonesian and Western. There are 2 main pool areas, the beach pool is a swim up bar with dj and high dive boards ( jumping only). ( they also had 2 foam parties while we were there). At this pool they have pool lounges and a couple of cabanas. The top pool has 3 levels of pool and pool chairs. ( very relaxing atmosphere) . Kids are permitted and there are a couple of paddle pools. You can order kiosk food and drinks to your lounge from both pools and the beach lounges. We only had fries which were perfect. Other food looked yummy, too. The beach was beautiful. The water was so warm ( late Nov) and beach/ sand clean. 2 surf beach breaks out front snd also some good waves about a km or so up the walkway. Generous water allocation (2 bottles pp daily) large shower, seperate beautiful bath, large bathroom. Rooms spacious with VERY COLD aircon. Tv had Netflix and U tube capabilities ( we connected but then didn’t end up using it)

Not the hotels fault but too many guests leave their towels on sunbeds and then move away leaving their towels so other guests can’t use them. Some guests have sunbeds near the pool and then also on the beach.

Great area in Nusa Dua. Staff extremely friendly in all areas. Breakfast choice is excellent.

The breakfast could have been better - no seafood, rather primitive menu, more or less the same food every morning The ocean isn’t clean, we started our swimming this picking up the rubbish from the water

The water in the hotel pools was too hot. It was like taking a bath, and not refreshing. The hotel needs to install some sort of a cooler system on its swimming pools to make them refreshing when trying to cool down from the heat and humidity. The ocean had a lot of rubbish (plastic) in the water. Surely the hotels along the beach could combine to clear the rubbish from the water

At each restaurant there were 1-3 vegetarian options. More vegetarian options should be made available.

Staff were amazing. They were polite and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were very clean and the aircon wasn't too noisy. The hotel grounds were kept very clean and tidy. Great choice of on-site restaurants too.

Upon arrival, our initial room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, we requested a room change which the hotel was very helpful and apologetic. The air conditioning in the rooms were set at 21 degrees celcius as a default. We did request this to be changed as we prefer atleast 18 degrees. A technican attended to the room shortly to have this changed for us. It would also be great if the buffet area had proper working air-conditioning units.

Prices varied in different areas whereas it should be the same price. Always seemed to pay more on the beachfront during the day!!

The staff are AMAZING, the hotel and surrounding gardens are kept very well and the rooms are spotless and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of different options as well as fresh omelettes, eggs made to order. Always managed to get a sunbed on the beachfront, would definitely come back.

The rooms and some of the pool areas are starting to look a little tired and in need of a facelift. The drinks are a bit exy outside of happy hour time.

This is our fourth stay at this resort and we keep coming back for the lovely staff who make the stay so welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are great and the pool area is so relaxing. Breakfast is so varied and delicious. The location just down the road from Bali Collection is perfect for finding different places to eat outside the resort.

- We stayed here 6 nights altogether. It was quite obvious that the beach bar and the beach restaurant are understaffed. The waiters were continuously working but wait times did get bad and I mean really bad sometimes. Not bc of those who are working there but because of the place being still understaffed. - we realised there was a mismatch of price range and quantity/quality in the beach bar / restautarants. We did tour the other top resorts (even the more expensive ones) and found lower food / drink prices (however, much higher room prices, so this obviously may be a strategy here) - needs a classy beachfront restaurant the one they have is not classy

Absolutely perfect location, great resort. I think it has the best section of the beach, sun loungers are abundantly available even on busy days. Absolutely recommended place, great value for your money. Loved the pools, the staff and the whole setting. Also great breakfast!

The only thing that we really missed was a nice beachside restaurant with a great ambience. The Beach restaurant they currently have is not really it. Merusaka doesn’t offer that. We decided to eat at the restaurants of nearby hotels every night.
