I didn’t care for their breakfasts or restaurant. The high steps leading up to the hotel - no railing to hold on to. The slippery tile floors were treacherous especially when wet.

The staff was incredible always willing to help and go beyond their duties. They are truly a hard working bunch. It’s a shame how little these people make. They should be paid 3x the amount.

Location is good. Right next door to a Scooter Hire shop. Only 5 minutes walk from Monkey Forest. We didn't bother walking through Monkey Forest, as we had 3 Monkeys visit our balcony in the room we were staying & they were quite entertaining. The free breakfast, which is served next door, is very basic.

It might be a bit loud if it rains outside and the are no restaurants nearby, but still very good accommodation in Ubud.

The hotel is located right in the center, but a very quiet street. The best thing was the monkeys jumping all around the terrace and the area. So cute to watch them. The staff is really nice, they have a small but clean pool. The room was very spacious, comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Listening to the river after heavy rain (just next door) and hanging out with the monkeys right at your door. The staff were very accommodating with some of the changes I requested (kettle hadn’t been emptied so moisture had attracted some yucky little bugs) and the tv had some issues so they changed the tv and internet thingy. Some may think of these as bad but some things just can’t be helped and it’s more about the staff response than the issue - very appreciated of their help. Even have umbrellas for free use during rain season

Tv and internet had issues. The pool was very ordinary and towels were very worn. Plenty of hot water although it takes a long time to get up to the room. The front steps to enter the resort are quite steep and difficult to manage with suitcases. Landscaping could be tidied up a bit more.

Great location and comfy four poster bed. Fairly quiet. Delivered a good breakfast to the room. Monkeys came to visit on the balcony and look in the room in the morning which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing too big, only thing was that the cold water stopped working the night we arrived so the cistern in the toilet wasn’t refilling so it wouldn’t flush, I had to manually fill it with water to flush, which was a little bit funny! Thankfully it was working again by the next day. Another small detail, the tv was a bit hard to figure out as it had two remotes but one was just for digital tv, however it didn’t have any channels programmed so I guess it was just to turn the tv on. Perhaps labelling them would help.

Very comfortable bed, lovely terrace and really friendly staff. We had breakfast included, and we enjoyed being able to go out to the restaurant any time before 10:30am and order instead of having to prebook the night before.

It was a very clean and comfortable room the staff cleaned the room every day, it had a safe and a fridge which was very convenient also it had a very nice pool, the best thing was how friendly the staff were, also in a great location very central and right beside monkey Forest.

The rooms seem very old and needs a lot of repairing specially the toilet. Bidet was broken and toilet looked dirty.

There were ants. I couldn’t leave my snacks out. I was not a fan of the massages at this location either. My safe didn’t work but they did allow me to keep the key so I could use it.

The closeness to the monkey forest. One day I looked out my patio doors and a monkey was on my patio. The staff was super friendly and always said hello and asked me about my day and my plans.

The bathroom is quite spacious but very dark and simple. TV didn’t work well.

My room had a beautiful view with glass walls. The bed is so comfortable. And the staff are very friendly.

The property was great, however, I have had both knees replaced & I found the front steps difficult to get up & down. My daughter could manage them easily.

The bathroom did smell sometimes but this I don’t think can be helped as it is the drains.

The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely. The location is fantastic. Although be aware you have to walk through a scooter path to get to monkey forest. Maybe there’s a different route I didn’t see.

The table on the balcony tilts a lot, when we put something down to stabilize it, then it was removed the next day by room cleaning. There was more noise than we remember from last time and it was not ideal with our daughter. But that's not the fault of the place, as they are centrally located and right next to the Monkey Forest.

Friendly and helpful staff. Their sweet treatment of Ella our daughter. The central location.
