Our third visit to Belmond's Jimbaran Puri. As usual it exceeded our expectations. Apart from its beautiful beachside location which is a major draw card for us, the exceptional warmth and outstanding customer service of the all the staff is a credit to the hotel management and of course to the staff themselves. All the accommodation, ie the rooms at Jimbaran Puri are in fact spacious cottages with, living area and courtyard garden. Those facing the beach have a terrace. The bed was kingsized and extremely comfortable with attractive and practical lightweight cotton canopy. The bathroom was well organised with all the amenities and the luxury of a sunken, therefore easily accessible stone bath with overhead shower. Located in the beautiful courtyard garden is an outdoor, freshwater shower. Our cottage faced the beach therefore we could walk onto the terrace through a door in the living room. All in all the accommodation was not only attractive but, absolutely comfortable and made for easy access to all the hotel's amenities. The dining options are not vast but, are very good. Breakfast is always a treat. Once again the staff were acutely focused on the highest level of service. There is a very good variety of food on offer for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day snacks including a range of international, mediterranean and local meals. Everything we enjoyed was delicious. Once again Jimbaran Puri has made for a brilliant, peaceful unwind to the end of 2022 and a blissful start to 2023.

The rooms are not as nice as I expected. The restaurant outside is not good. I was expecting nice grilled fish but no. they don’t have that. The menu is very limited.

The location is great to enjoy the amazing sunset. also the pool is nice.

This place is Majestic beyond belief. From the moment you enter the property you are emersed with exceptional hospitality and culture. I stayed 7 nights and experienced the upmost service and grand hospitality that you can put no price on. The gem here is the staff! Then the maintenance and cleanliness of the property is top notch as well as the semi modern yet authentic architecture that embraces the traditional Balinese culture. The food at ALL times from Breakfast, Room Service or Dinner on the Beach front property was exceptional! The location is approximately 15min from the airport and it is not only convenient but safe. It is very rare to find a beach front property with so many amenities and this place is truly a 5 STAR HOTEL! If you are looking for Serenity,Top notch Hospitality, A Perfect Location and ALL of the bells and whistles that come with a TRUE 5 Star Experience look no further....The Jimbaran Puri is the place to stay!

It was our first time in Bali and it was a very good one. Loved the hotel, the staff, a special thank you to Dewar and all the pool and beach are staff for taking such a good care of us, Candra that assisted us almost every night for dinner and all the breakfast staff, apologies as I do not remember all the names. Chef Adi thank you for the time you spent with us and all the great food. And thank you to the General Manager, Charles, for such an impressive hotel and staff and for all the attention provided during our stay

The room, while well equipped, could do with some modernisation. We also struggled with WiFi and had to ask for help a couple of times. These were not major enough issues but wanted to flag.

We had an amazing stay at the Jimbaran Puri Belmond which is very well located on a quiet beach with two lovely restaurants - one overlooking a lily pond and the other (which doubles as the bar) right on the beach. The villa we stayed in was enormous, it was very well equipped, and we really enjoyed our lovely private pool. The staff were amazing throughout the hotel and we were well taken care of everywhere. A special thanks to the butler team who were brilliant and always very helpful. We care about our food and the meals here were generally very good. The open air spa was also good.

Very beautiful hotel perfect location fronting onto the beach, lovely individual villas and surroundings. Excellent staff who add to the lovely relaxed ambiance.

The beach area by the hotel had bits of litter and a quite a few bugs, but nonetheless this didn't distract us from enjoying the sunset and scenery by the bar.

Happy hour by the beach was great! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Felt transporting to a different world straight away from how calm the atmosphere was.

Quite honestly we found nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was enjoyed but all our family. The sunset at the beach restaurant was awesome.

hotel doing its best with debris on the beach but Bali has a bit of an issue with beach debris since the pandemic.

astonishing customer service. absolutely fabulous. from reception to breakfast staff to butler & all of the management staff. wonderful premises & rooms & lovely location. we had a butler service which was brilliant too. every staff member had a smile for you & nothing was too much trouble & dealt with instantly.

It would be great if they could incorporate a gym/fitness studio at the property.

The whole hotel is designed to embrace the balinese culture yet keeping the Belmond high-end vibe. The staff was impeccable, friendly, discreet and always with a little something to say and put a smile on our face. Always going above and beyond to make us feel special :) The food is beyond amazing at every meal - authentic, local, international and full of flavour! The pool area is beautiful and designed to perfection. The sunset is an unforgettable one. Will keep this hotel on our list to come back!
