The beds around the pool were never free unless you woke up at 7am to reserve a bed with the towels.

We stayed over Nyepi and whilst respecting the holiday the hotel staff worked really hard to ensure guests were still happy and catered for.

Behaviour tourists from Belgium, Germany, Hungary, and Poland created very noise and smoking everywhere. They touch bread and other food by their hands, and if they do not like it, they dropped the food and the bread back

We ordered a coconut from the bar it wasn’t cold and had to add ice. Very minor but would recommend putting coconuts in fridges to make them more enjoyable

The breakfast was not included and expensive but never the less it did have a variety of options.

The pool was lovely and the beach was close by. There were restaurants along the beach too where you could stroll along during the day and night.

Additional review just to give praise for the accessible room that we were able to book for our family member who used a wheelchair during their stay. The hotel was well served by elevators and ramps and walkways were easily navigated with a wheelchair. The bathroom in their room had accessible toilet and shower facilities with shower bench etc - the basic was suitable for a wheelchair too. All beautifully designed using the same tiles and finishes as the other rooms in the hotel. The room itself had a wide door and extra wide entrance area to make turning easier. The balcony has a level/ramped threshold for wheelchair access with wide sliding doors. We really appreciated this - we didn’t know this room type was available when booking so we thought we would share this info!

We were not impressed with the location of the Wednesday night event - buffet and Bali dancers. Though, it is hard to blame this on the hotel, as it was not their fault that it was likely to rain that night and they had to accommodate us elsewhere.

We really enjoyed the room we stayed in - room 1035 - having access to a private lagoon swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay. Staff were excellent - very friendly and looked after us, providing us with whatever we required. Staff went out their way to make my birthday celebrations extra special.

The Service was Amazing, very Nice n Polite staff. We loved everyone who was working there Specially the Duty Manager. The Hotel located in Beautiful Nusa dua and has everything you need! I would recommend this Hotel to all of you.

Guests leave their towels on sunbeds in the mornings so it can be difficult to get a space - sometimes we’d walk past and the pool would be basically empty but most sunbeds would have towels and a personal item like a hat or book on it to reserve. I think the hotel should enforce stricter rules on this - like only put your towel on a sunbed if you’re going in the pool (of course if you’re sitting there it doesn’t count!) A small thing but we had to wait until after 3pm for our room to be ready and I had to ask the staff to get us a drink. I don’t think a hotel should charge for facilities - like tennis, golf simulator, pool table etc. They have a lot of free activities and facilities but you’re paying for a five star resort and it’s not cheap so things like a tennis court should be free for guests.

It is a stunning hotel and worthy of the 5 star rating! Just walking around the grounds is a treat as the buildings and gardens are beautiful. The private beach is a bonus too! We had a pretty much perfect stay. The breakfast was great, the pools and facilities were great (especially the spa pool area), the staff were delightful and the beach was beautiful. Our room was a little dated but very comfortable and a lovely view of the gardens.

The hotel walls aren't vertical but rather built on the slope (like the side of the pyramid). Because of that half of the balcony is exposed to the open skys and people living above you. We had rain for 2 evenings, couldn't enjoy being outiside

The rooms and furniture are a bit old and tired - things like plug points for charging mobiles etc difficult to use. Kettle was functional but did not stop after the water boiled. Overall ok and value for the location (when other hotels in the same beach are charging twice as much almost).

Location is good and the place is vast and nice.
