Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandConsidering the luxury of the lobby grounds etc the rooms were a bit dark and dated.
The lobby /entrance and restaurants were beautiful. The check in staff very helpful The grounds were immaculate . The breakfast was very good a great selection. Very busy as it is a large hotel. I had a premier king room the bed was comfy. . The balcony and view were lovely .

AustraliaWe found the cost of food, especially breakfast to be a little on the high side but I suspect (this was our first trip to Nusa Dua) it is probably in-line with other resorts. We didn't get a food deal with our room which we will look into next time.
Very friendly staff that made sure we were comfortable. We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 not knowing how close the rooms would be and the staff were able to arrange adjoining rooms and add an extra bed to make it all work which was ideal. Great pools and beach is also good for swimming but only on high tide.

United KingdomThere were a good choice of restaurants however they could not accommodate my nut allergy - even things on the menu which didn't 'contain nuts' they said I couldn't have as it was bought in and they didn't know what was in it. So would say the hotel needs to do some work around allergen awareness and having more variety on their menus across all restaurants. Also, the housekeeping service was very inconsistent. The entertainment was mainly geared towards coach tours they had in, didn't seem to be any live entertainment for the main hotel guests unlike other hotels we ate at.
Location was great being right on the beachfront with lovely promenade going around the Nusa Dua resort. The Spa area and pool was also very nice to use. Air Con in rooms is good and needed with the heat!

United KingdomPrices in restaurants. I know such resorts charge a premium, but the food cost 10 times more than a local restaurant in the town. Quality was good, but nothing special. Also, note that sea is too shallow for swimming.

Location, facilities, staff and their professionalism and desire to accomodate clients. A wonderful example is Arini, floor manager.

AustraliaOnly complaint is a purchased the all inclusive package and was told it included breakfast as you would think. First day we had breakfast but was then informed the all inclusive package didn’t include breakfast, which you would think it would if it’s actually all inclusive. They offered us a discount for breakfast but when you’re already paying $80USDpp for the package it should be included.

BulgariaCannot really swim in the ocean. The dinning options are more expensive than necessary. There is a spa but it wasn’t special. The facilities in the spa such as sauna and steam room need to be renovated.
There were different option for eating and they were tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Several pools to choose from, as well as a beach line. Unfortunately the water on the beach line is not suitable for swimming. You can get a boat trip to a nearby island.

JapanUnaccommodating behaviour of the staff. There was a glitch in their system and because of that we received less than what we were expecting. That’s fine, we understand that. But the staff was rigid even to give in even slightest compensation for their mistake. P.S. The room upgrade was not that useful without the benefits. This was sad because a hotel this size is expected to have better a customer service. But I guess they think one customer doesn’t matter enough. And one customer can’t affect their reputation enough (which may be true given the hotel’s history).
Artistic. Great views. Perfect beaches. Nice restaurants. Delicious food. Close to Bali Collection.

Australia10.30am-12 it was hard to get food for the kids as nothing is open for serving food and they don’t have a supermarket within close walking. They did however have a great shuttle bus to help us get around
