There was some construction noise but it didn’t bother us much and there’s construction everywhere in Bali. These are really minor but the room was a bit small and it lacked a table to put your stuff on and it was quite dark. Also there was a lot of frogs out the front at night and they can be loud

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful! They make a Whatsapp group with you so you can text them anytime about anything like room service, recommendations etc. There is a free chauffeur service and the driver can take you to most of the places of interest in Uluwatu. There is one driver shared between all the guests but we didn’t have a problem with that and just got a Grab a couple of times. The pool and the pool area are great to relax. The room/villa was nice and clean, with a great outdoor bathroom. The food was amazing, the breakfast menu is great. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Hardly anything to be honest

Very peaceful! Quiet location, great pool, stay in either the Sky or Water villas! Earth villas nice too, but no pool view. Staff we exceptionally helpful, kind and friendly! No kids either was another result!

We enjoyed every minute of our FABULOUS stay at Onaya! The staff and service was impeccable. Especially a shout out to Debby, Jacinta, Ari, Ita and Fina. From the front desk, they gave a cute bali welcome and we got to choose flowerd to put behind our ears that signify different values such as prosperity, good health, etc, as per traditional bali custom. Once we got to our room (we stayed in the Suite), we were blown away by how beautiful, clean and paradise-like it was in atmosphere. We loved the outdoor bath and deck area to have a morning coffee. The room is fully airconditioned and the bed is protected by a mosquito net. We felt like we were in a comfortable cacoon and had a fanastic sleep. Breakfast was included. Every morning we had an iced coffee, fresh cold pressed juice and a hot breakfast like eggs benedict. Just what you need to start the day - something to wake up up, hydrate you and fill you up! The service was always with a lovely, warm smile. The wonderful people at Onaya ended up feeling like family to us! We felt very sad to have to leave! They were happy to help us with everything, from special requests such a shower cap (which they actually retrieved off site specially for us) and arranging taxis and a hairdresser appointment. They absolutely captured our hearts. You will not regret staying at Onaya resort! A+++++ and definitely will stay again next time

Although everything is great at this place, more storage room should be considered in the villas, as there is little space to organize clothes and personal belongings.

The attention to the detail in this place is amazing. It is a great place to be, a very relaxing experience in which you feel that there is always somebody available to make sure that you have a pleasant stay with them. All the Onaya staff is really great, this is the true value from this resort.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff truly make it, they are so helpful and well mannered and just lovely people. The WhatsApp messaging made it easy if we needed them. I can’t believe how quiet this place is, we felt like we were on a honeymoon. It truly is peak luxury. The bonus car was handy. The food was amazing. We had the best time. Thank you!! AC struggled to keep room cool of an evening, nothing too bad but slightly hot.

Very attentive staff who could not do enough for you. Very aesthetic resort with amazing scenery and pool area. The car service was great and the hotel sorted us a transfer to our next location.

For light sleepers the rooms are slightly open air so was a little nosier at night.

Coffee - subpar coffee compared to anywhere else we’ve had on the island. I believe they have a pod machine rather than proper espresso machine? Such a shame as otherwise all the foods and drinks were great but we were missing a decent coffee while in the hotel. The bungalows were a bit tight with not a lot of room to put your stuff, and they’re a bit dark - I understand why for some it could be a bit claustrophobic. The chauffeur service is good but you need to know you’re sharing the service with all other guests so not always available. For us it worked about 50/50. But you can get very cheaply around by one of the taxi apps.

Very good, friendly and extremely helpful personnel. Make you feel extremely welcome. The lady at the restaurant was very kind and attentive, just to a beautiful soul. Communication via whatsapp was seemless.

Maybe a few more daybeds by the pool

The staff members were incredibly warm and accommodating not just from the moment we got there but from the time of booking. Prompt responses via WhatsApp at any stage to assist us in any way. Free Chauffeur service was incredibly helpful as this is a 5-10 min drive from town, however very peaceful amongst the nature. All the rooms are very close to the pool and the bathrooms are unique in a positive way! Will definitely stay again, thanks again to the team!

While the bathroom was spacious and a touch of luxury, we found it to be a little dark, and the floor tiles were quite slippery. We had to be very careful not to slip. They probably need a good scrub from time to time. A few more pool lounges would also be good as there was a shortage at times. There are no ceiling fans, which we would have preferred to use instead of air-conditioning.

Onaya was perfect for us…small, very quiet and adults only. From the very warm welcome until the day we left staff were exceptional…efficient, attentive and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with good options, particularly loved the smoothie bowls! Light lunch and dinner options were also good with meals available by the pool or in room as well as in the dining area. The bungalows are comfortable with everything we needed. The complimentary chauffeur service was perfect as we had a three day Wedding to attend.

ONAYA is not within walking distance of many shops or restaurants, however, they do offer the courtesy car for short distance travel which will get you to shopping areas.

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They were always there to help and make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Having a courtesy car available to take you anywhere within a 15 minute circuit was excellent. The restaurant food was very good and you can choose to eat by the pool or in your room or at the restaurant. The online WhatsApp community system that they use with each guest makes it very simple to place orders or send requests which are always answered quickly. No children at this place is also a bonus and keeps the tranquility that you are looking for if you stay here,

Loved this place. We’re here for our honeymoon and the staff were fantastic. Everything is so efficient. The free shuttle service is great. Food was great. If we are back in Uluwatu, we will 100% come back to ONAYA.

Breakfast service didn’t start until 8am so we did find that we were waiting around to start our day as we would normally wake up at around 6am but that was only a very minor thing!

ONAYA was fantastic. The staff were truely amazing and so kind. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. Plenty of options to choose from. Lunch and dinner was also available at the restaurant which was very convenient. We chose to spend a day by the pool and we were able to order our lunch to the sun lounger which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The complimentary earbuds definitely came in handy during the night as you do experience a lot of noise but I’m not putting this as a negative as it was lovely being able to experience the noises of nature, it’s just unfortunate that the noises of the neighbours bathrooms play into that as well. The town was only a very short drive or scooter to which was great. The car service was fantastic and readily available when we needed. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!!

The driver service was nice but really only useful to get to a place, I would use a grab to get back. Best option would be to rent a scooter if comfortable driving as there isn't much in walking distance.

Property was gorgeous. Pool area was amazing and very relaxing. Room was small but very nice. Staff was so kind and helpful. Restaurant had great food.

This resort was amazing. The staff we welcoming and ver accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The location was great also, 10 minutes to most of uluwatu and they had a free chauffeur service. It’s perfect for chilled breaks but also close to the main beach clubs

It's close to the nature and at night, there was lots noise from the birds and animals. With the ear plugs they provided, it's not an issue but just remember to use them.:)

We liked the design of the hotel and the outdoor shower. The bed was very comfortable too. The pool area is relaxing. The staff gave me a surprise birthday celebration with chocolate pancakes which was very special. They also decorated our room too. Thank you for the thoughtfulness.

Rooms dont have night stands and you dont have place to put your things. Also very small space after two begs there was hardly any space for us to walk. You get to choose your breakfast and they will prepare it for you. You get to decide to get savory or sweet. No chance to have them both
