There are a some wear and tear in the rooms, like for example the curtains in our room had tears in them, not the best look when you just get to the room, the lock box doesn't work, is been used that much that you cannot even see the numbers and it just didn't unlock. It also doesn't seems to be manager on site that you can discuss these issues, don't get me wrong the staff is absolutely friendly and great at their level

Pool is great, snorkeling just off the beach big plus and quite place, most of rooms with sea views.

We really enjoyed this property. The service and food are excellent! Every meal was great. The location is good. It’s right on the water and snorkeling right off the rocky beach is good. 10 out of 10!

Only drawback was where our rooms were, closest to scooter park and road, also had the staff cleaning rooms there so staff smoking there was a bit unpleasant.

Quiet. Good location direct access to clean stoney beach with snorkelling. Great breakfast! Lovely pools. Had grandchildren staying a few days so choice of pools good. Good eating places nearby. Handy to other snorkelling spots with a scooter.

It was so peaceful in amed. The hotel was right on the ocean. Absolutely loved the whole ambience. The pools were so nice and relaxing. Rooms were super cute. Loved our balcony overlooking the ocean.. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect located in the center.

Loved everything.

The location is excellent if you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet. It is literally by the beach. And has an excellent diving facility. Plan your diving, get certified and read your book in the afternoon. Excellent and I wished I stayed more than 2 nights.

When booking we reserved a room with a double bed, which unfortunately was not available. The staff made a great effort to make up for it and put 2 beds together with padding in the middle, but it wasn’t the same. That was the only negative thing about our stay …. And the coffee at breakfast.

Our stay at Puri Wirata was the highlight of our Bali trip, it really felt like paradise. Beautiful location, directly on the beach, with 2 pools to choose from. Breakfast was great although the coffee needs improvement. We would have loved to extend our stay but our room category was no longer available. We would definitely stay again!

With all the mosquitos it would be nice if there weren't stagnant ponds of water everywhere on the property

This is a beautiful resort, will definitely stay again. Enjoyed our time at the beautiful pool and nice to snorkel at the front. The reception helped us to rent a scooter and taxi to our next hotel.

The location is great. Directly in front of the sea with a lot to see underwater! Restaurants and supermarkets are close. The suites are very comfortable and the ocean view is fantastic. Breakfast is very delicious. The stuff is very friendly and kind. They made a wonderful and sweet birthday surprise for me. We had a great stay all in all. :)

We could not find anything we did not like.

They upgraded our room upon check-in because they saw we had a baby. We booked this 2 days before arrival and we loved it. We rented equipment for snorkelling and went straight out from the hotel. Beautiful. 10 minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Lipah Beach. Close to good restaurants in the city Amed. A bit far away from the center but they helped with transportation.
