Lovely service! Let's start there. The resort is in the quieter side of Bali--but the staff bends over backwards to facilitate all sorts of requests from their guests. They helped us book in nearby restaurants for other services like big group dinners. Good food! The daily breakfasts offer ample variety. Hot coffee-based drinks are available at no extra charge (cappuccino, latte, etc.) Well-kept villas--we love our private villa.

Great venue for destination wedding! Bali gets a lot of hype for being an elopement destination--so happy I decided to go with Desa Swan. Marista, the lead coordinator worked wonders and was incredibly easy to communicate with. The resort restaurant fronts the beautiful Keramas beach and their buffet menu options are tasty and well-prepared. Can't get over how every little details was well-executed!

Impeccable service! We are a group of 30 persons with different needs and interests. And each of us was impressed by the quality of the staff service. Roomy private villas! Multiple room villas are well-kept. The pools are also the right size. The layout of the property ensures privacy. Peaceful and quiet! After spending a few days in touristy areas in Bali, this resort offers just the right amount of quiet.

The location was a bit far from other restaurants so you couldn’t just walk up to new places. And the main restaurant could improve upon the food a bit, but not really a deal breaker!

The villas are so beautiful and rooms are so spacious. The short walk to the beach restaurant is also very pleasant. The highlight of our stay was the customer service. The WhatsApp concierge is a game changer, the responses are so quick and the staff is so accommodating.

We didn't realise the deluxe villa shared the pool and area with another 2 villas in a cluster. So we booked out the other 2 villas to make it a private area as we were both recovering from illness and fever.

Everything was perfect ☺️ the staff was very welcoming, the buffet breakfast was magnificent, and the room was superb! Kids friendly and offering different kinds of activities for everyone! We even had to attend a free event to release baby turtles in the ocean, with welcoming drinks and food! I would definitely recommend ☺️ Thank you so much.

1) Laundry service was expensive, and our laundry came back dirty and poorly ironed. I would never recommend their laundry services. 2) Online taxis are not allowed to pick you up inside the area where the villas are located which caused headache every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, everything else related to the stay was perfect.

Having your own pool never been better! The pool was very clean, the water very fresh, and the pool was spacious and fun to swim at. The location is extremely quiet, which was perfect for our honeymoon. The food was on bar with other local restaurants, however the restaurant itself has a nice view and they run many live performances or buffet every few nights.

Was what we wanted, something away from all the hustle of Kuta but maybe a bit far away from things for some, however there are local drivers readily available to take you where you want to go

Very clean. Bed was comfortable and staff were amazing. Went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Restaurant had great food, beautiful beachfront views and entertainment provided a few nights. Spa services were very relaxing

Staff was amazing. They take care of everything and were so friendly. Villas are super comfortable and privacy is not even a concern. Spa and massage is a must. Their restaurant was so good and food was so delicious. 10/10 would recommend to my best friend.

There was a bunch of thieves trying to get into villas at night, so the property should up the security. The living room sliding doors were quite hard to lock (villa4).

It is a nice bunch of villas sandwiched between the busy main road and a volcanic beach. The villas are very nice + the swimming pool is big enough for a family to enjoy. The Swan restaurant has a great selection of foods and drinks to choose from + the breakfast is all right.

It was in a fairly quiet area but with a motorbike it was easily accessible to a variety of places including Ubud. There were a couple of good surf breaks. The staff were so friendly from security to Ani, the waitress at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast right in the beach was awesome. I thoroughly recommend Desa Swan.
