The room is quite spacious. Although the interior and equipment in the room are a bit old, it is still comfortable, especially the bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, matching its price.

Had breakfast but was dissapointed with the choice of foods and the coffee was not great.. The gym had 2 running machines both broken .. There was no fridge in the room also

The Not-So-Good: * Payment Policy: Requiring immediate payment for food orders can be a bit inconvenient. * Payment Mishap: The food delivery person initially overcharged and then returned twice, first for a receipt copy and then with his boss to offer a refund and request a new payment. While the situation was eventually resolved, it was an irritating and unnecessary hassle, especially late in the evening.

This hotel offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience, but with a few hiccups along the way. The Good: * Ambience and Cleanliness: The hotel boasts a pleasant atmosphere and the rooms are impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. * Delicious Food: The on-site kitchen serves up truly delectable food, making dining in a real treat. * Spa Services: A spa is available for guests to unwind and pamper themselves, adding a touch of luxury to their stay. * Bike Rentals: The hotel provides bike rentals, making it easy to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. Overall: Despite the payment incident, this hotel provides a positive experience. For us was nothing to complain about.

We loved the ambience of Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest. The lobby and restaurant areas are a beautiful, calming oasis from Jalan Sunset Road. The location was perfect as our flight arrived late and we needed a rest before travelling onto our next destination. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and friendly.

Some fruits like durian are not allowed in the hotel. Such rules should be explicitly shared with customers to avoid shock. In my case it was an empty box which I could not throw and carried to the hotel and the hotel initially tried to fine me. Luckily staff understood the situation and I was not fined. But may not be the case with everyone.

Great place to stay. Very well designed property. Liked the small details considered in planning. Bigger sized room than other hotels. Good food. They even provided shaving cream, razor and sewing kit. TV has so many channel options. They also have 24 hrs kitchen and also accepted foreign cards for payments. I have been to many hotels but this one exceeded my expectations.

Room was very dark and dated. No minibar and the fridge was not very cold.
