From the rooms till the breakfast resto is about 500m climbing. Breakfast is a big NO + you pay separately water and cappuccino. Rooms need some refresh deco. The staff needs better training work,specially the ones that have contact with the guests. Laundry service i strongly advise to don’t use.

There is an open air concert venue close to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper then perhaps double check there is no scheduled events before you stay. The noise was noticeable but didn’t impact our stay. Maintenance was also ongoing so perhaps not great if you are looking to nap during the day. Again, this didn’t impact us.

10/10 accommodation. Great location. The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice and had a pool bar. All staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone went the extra mile to help us! So glad we stayed here.

The resort is in a great location off the busy Ubud street. Perfect to walk around and shop or eat. The infinity pool and floating breakfast was so nice! You also get a free 15 min massage! Ayuita made sure I felt right at home during my stay.

I was there from Thursday until Sunday, the hotel was a family oriented quiet place where you could relax. During the weekend the hotel became full with a 40 people tour who were super loud, where playing loud music in the pool, where smoking everwhere and the hotel became not a nice place to stay at. I would not go back with my family again.

The bed was a little hard. But that is the only thing that could be improved. Even with renovations and construction happening, Everything was great.

We loved the pools, Swim up bar, floating breakfast, location in Ubud, meals, spa, the size of the room was great, cocktails were also yum!

There was a very weird smell in the bathroom and there was construction and maintenance work going on. However, the staff informed us about it and tried to make our stay memorable

Everything was great.

I loved my stay here and all the services are exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is at the center of street. You can find many restaurants and bike rentals nearby. Everything is accessible even on foot. They have restaurant table talks which provided breakfast for us and amazing spa at ambara spa. You should definitely get a spa here. They have swimming pool and laundry facilities too which are very good. This is the best place to stay in ubud.

The only thing I could find fault is that they could do with more umbrella's/shade by the pool. There were only 3 so they were very much coveted.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the Balcony was large and felt private. There are 2 pools though I only used the main one which was beautiful. It gets some shade from the palm trees in the afternoon. Breakfast was provided at the restaurant at the end of the hotel's driveway. The food was fantastic and the staff were really lovely.

There was some construction going on on the property, but if you plan to explore Ubud and not spend a whole day in your room, then you'll be fine

The best things about this property were its location and staff who made my stay very welcome. It’s super close to nice cafes, shopping, and yoga barn but you get your privacy because the hotel is tucked away and you don't hear any noise from the outside. My view from the room was amazing and I woke up every day looking at the rice field and enjoying the sounds of nature. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Also, the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Ubud

As we understand, hotel is now upgrading, but one remark - it would be good to renovate old rooms and to repair an air conditioning, as it was a bit wet in the room.

We were staying at this hotel second time. And would like to return again and again :) Great location, good breakfast from “Table talk” restaurant which could be served directly to your room and you can eat and enjoy beautiful nature around, from your room balcony. Staff is very pleasant and helpful all the time. Territory of the hotel is excellent: swimming pool, nature around.. All is wonderful!
