AustraliaThe staff were sensational. They greeted us by name from day one. We were made to feel as though we were the only guests there, even though it was quite busy. Food at all restaurants was amazing, and able to cater well for me being coeliac. We loved the guineafowl, chicken & duck wandering around the property. A lovely clean spot to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed the cultural show, even after seeing a lot of cultural events throughout bali, this was spectacular.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Comfortable bed. Amazing grounds and lots of pools to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond. All very friendly.

GermanyIt would be good if there would be live music or similar events every night like with the other hotels in Nusa Dua. We went for evenings drinks and dinner for that reason rather to other hotels next to Laguna.
The stuff is very friendly. The hotel is amazing and in real it looks even better than on the pictures. We had a great time and hope to come again. Also, we loved the free icecream every day. Thank you for the great stay.

AustraliaOnly one complaint ….pool maintenance is not as good as it should be . There is black mould all over the top of all the plastic lining (in the lagoon pools ) plus mould on the aluminium stairs and wood part of the stair access from the lagoon access room into the lagoon pool . The stairs in particular are a high slip/fall risk . We gently wiped all the black mould on pool with our hand and it easily came away . I did address this with the duty manager , showed him photos and a video , so hopefully this will now be addressed . This black algae was the same when we were there the year before . (This was our second visit ) This is the only area that let the hotel down , apart from that , everything was amazing !
Beautiful location right on the beach front , multiple pools for dips , good selection of cafe and restaurants and lovely grounds . We had a lagoon access room which was great and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly

SingaporeEverything was amazing, but if we HAD to nitpick; we had different wait staff come over every other minute or so to repeatedly ask how we found everything that it was quite difficult and disruptive when we're trying to have our conversation. Fully understand they just want to make sure we were taken care of, but perhaps just asking once or twice would suffice to allow for the customers to continue with their conversation.
Excellent service from all the staff from the moment we checked in up until the second we left. They addressed issues immediately (eg. provided a dehumidifier and plug in mosquito repellant for the room)

The Laguna was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. It had everything you would want in a resort: the friendliest/most helpful staff, excellent food (the included buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight), the most amazing pools, a beautiful beach area, and very nice surrounding resorts which could be accessed via the walking/running path.
