IcelandIt was hard to get to the entrance, it was in the back. The lighting in the bathroom by the mirror was quite dark so it was hard to see properly in the mirror.
Nice location, not that far from the airport. They also provide free shuttle bus to the hotel.

It was great. The staff was super friendly & helpful, the dinner was really good, beds comfortable and quiet space. It is super close to the airport and the shuttle worked perfectly.

The hotel overall was ok good size room and the location was very good. Close to the airport but to go to Reykiavik you need a car otherwise there is little to do

Room was large, clean,warm and had a good firm bed and the shower was hot and powerful. It was close to the airport and we used the free shuttle bus service which was excellent.

This hotel is nicely designed, good room size and wifi worked well. Breakfast is worth it if you have a very early flight as they have a good variety and opens from 4AM. They have 24/7 reception and initially we had issue with our heater but their staff are very supportive and helpful to resolve it. It has an ample size of parking which is included, and very near to the airport (7-10minute drive). They also offer shuttle service but didn't avail so sorry got no info to confirm if its complimentary or with a fee. Good to stay in this area if you have layovers or early flights.

United KingdomI could hear noises at night. The location is misleading as it's no where near the airport. I had to pay a taxi on New Year's Day so much money just to get there. They tell you they will pay for your shuttle to the airport but getting to the hotel itself was costly. There was nothing to see that night when I stayed there. There isn't even a direct bus to the Blue Lagoon.
The room was impeccable and comfortable. There was a bar and restaurant. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious.

SwitzerlandThe main entrance was closed, so we had to use the back entrance. The entrance was not cleaned from snow and ice. Everyone had to drag their luggage through the snow and ice to get into the hotel. It would not have taken much effort for the hotel to clear the snow off the path to the entrance and use salt to clear the ice. Really inconvenient and lack of care. The room was noisy, you can hear guests moving luggage around in other rooms.

IrelandReception when check in seems not quite friendly, the television was not working, no fridge in the room but no major issue with that. It is a little bit far from the airport it took us about 15mins to come from airport by taxi as we travelled from city centre to airport and another 15mins to airport by shuttle bus.
Hotel looks modern, spacious with necessary facilities in the room, bed is comfortable, bathroom is nice and clean. They offered shuttle bus service to the airport at 4am which is convenient for us as we have our flight early morning.
