We loved eveything, perfect stay. The best breakfast ever with a really excellent choice (those cakes!) and the best cappuccino ever. We were taken care all the time and we had a very good sleep as well, because everything was so quiet. So, if you fancy a calm stay close to Bologna, then this is the place. PS. Extra points for kittens. :)

A lovely old farmhouse in quiet countryside but very close to the interesting old town of Pieve di Cento. Andrea was a thoughtful host, the breakfast was big and delicious and we had a lovely walk by the little river to the dyke, seeing butterflies and a kingfisher by the bridge where lots of fish try vainly to leap the weir. You have to go quite a way down the Via Carbonara but the Agriturismo is well-marked. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Wear flip flops in the area around the pool because there are bees who like the nectar from the small flowers in the grass. Bees are important and they won't hurt you unless you step on them like I did 😆.

This agriturismo is located in a nice characteristic and charming 300 year old house. The owners Andrea and Tatiana turned it into a lovely agriturismo. The rooms are spacious and all have airconditioning, the beds are super comfortable. We had a normal twin bedroom and one room with two bedrooms in it. This room has one main entrance and behind the entrance is a small hallway with one single bedroom, one bathroom and one double bedroom. Perfect for a small family, or if you have three kids or like us one teenager who likes to have a room to himself. The breakfast is delicious, Tatiana bakes two cakes every single day so there is an amazing variety to choose from. Fruits, fresh orange juice, cheeses.... and if you want anything else like eggs they prepare it for you. The garden and the swimming pool is beautiful, the pool is big and you have a nice view over the fields. A perfect place to relax. Andrea can recommend nice places for dinner in the neighbourhood, there are good restaurants nearby (by car). And of course beautiful Bologna is nearby to soak up some culture.

The host is very accommodating, helpful, and exceptionally friendly - excellent breakfast with homemade delicacies and outstanding service. The pool is nestled in the landscape and is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Children can explore away from roads and traffic. The location is truly superb, with great local restaurants offering homemade cuisine and delicious ice cream shops nearby. Bologna and Modena are also within easy reach.

We had the feeling that we came to visit our good friends. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - the best coffee. There are a lot of animals on the territory - our daughter was happy. Nice and clean swimming pool. If we go to these places again, we will definitely stay here

The place is really impressive, the host is a great guy, he recommended us a place where to eat in the nearby town. The accommodation was excellent, nothing was missing in our room. The surroundings of the hotels are perfect for a walk or to relax. I really recommend that place, it's easy to find and the parking lot is huge.

Very nicely arranged homestead with very nice equipment. Excellent service, great breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. The owner is extremely friendly, and they respond very quickly to additional questions when booking. Peaceful place, with animals around, fruit trees and herb. They have a table for table tennis and a very nice swimming pool in the summer. Bicycles are available. To the nearby town Pieve di Cento is 5 minutes by car.

The only thing we noticed was that we were able to hear our neighbors in the apartment next to us quite clear. As a result, we woke up like 2-3 times in the first night of our stay because of the noise the neighbors made.

Lovely cozy and clean house ca. 30min outside of Bologna. Was perfect for us as we were traveling by car and were able to park our car there safely. For a day trip to Bologna we just drove the 30 min, parked our car close to the train station of Bologna right outside the ZTL zone and walked through the oldtown. Breakfast was also excellent and the service was good as well.

Not only well maintained but you can definitely notice the pride within this family run business. Great hygienic measures taken at the pool/jacuzzi. Even larger than regular sun umbrellas are available. Charming breakfast room offers all the breakfast norms and then loads of extras. Special shout out for fresh squeezed juice, Like drinking sunshine 🌞 each morning. Our room was clean, air conditioned, cotton towels with extra pillows and comforters stored in a cabinet, tea kettle, outlets by both beds and a guest community mini-fridge for waters right outside of the room. Welcome table has walnuts and peanuts for healthy snacking. Very nice touch. Property is very secure with front gates, convenient complimentary self parking and beautiful grounds to stroll. An informative herb garden, large Willow tree and veggie patch are located right off the pool and main structure. We look forward to returning here over and over! Much 😊 thanks.
