Water pressure is poor for showers.A separate hairdryer in each bedroom is needed as fixed one in bathroom wasn't good.Good to have extra door key if a couple or family

Host stayed til late after a delayed flight with the keys to meet us. Room and facilities were even better than the website description. Lovely setting. Lots of space. Location was perfect. Great value for money also.

No views at all from any window. Kitchen fine, but no oven (said full kitchen, but only a microwave and hob). Very cold at night, but no heat available. Parking very complicated: property on a pedestrian street, had to meet the staff person at a nearby piazza, very hard to find. Website said parking available, but it was far (15 min walk) and 20 Euros/day. Be aware that Google maps can lead you astray in Sorrento. We suggest proprietors put more logistical/arrival and parking information on the website.

Very quiet (on pedestrian street). Very spacious. Great shower, good temperature and water pressure. WiFi great, except when it rained and it went down... Other than lack of oven, kitchen well supplied. Host was delightful, very responsive and helpful, answered on WhatsApp immediately; she was great. Once we sorted parking, it worked well; we told host and she called them, and they delivered our car, or picked it up (nearby piazza), fairly quickly. Lots of great restaurants walking distance.

Shower was not clean, there were thick black hairs wrapped around the shower pipe and areas of dust. It was overpriced for the nature of the property. Spiral staircase was very narrow so would not recommend for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

the apartment we received, the bedrooms were like balcony’s over the living room, which was cute but we were also traveling as a couple and friends, so little privacy.

This property was very much in a convenient location and the front desk woman was so helpful and flexible

location, location, location! Also character, deco, nice staff

Beautiful and in a fantastic spot right in the old town. I would have given 5* in every way had it not been for the late noise of the restaurant below later at night. I guess that will not bother people who stay up late and that, in all fairness, would be expected if you chose the location right in the middle of it all. Closing the balcony doors sorted it, but cut off the lovely cool airflow somewhat. Just giving you detailed info, but i would still book the same place again! P. S. The staff are lovely and really helpful.
