AustraliaThe only thing we didn’t like was that you had to pay to get laundry done and it was EXTREMELY expensive (eg. 600yen for 1 shirt). Every other hotel we stayed it had to laundry service aswell as machines for you to do your own washing, This was a complete let down aswell as the hot water in the shower only being warm (not hot) but besides that everything else was great
Loved our stay at shibuya stream. Super convenient location above the station and very spacious and comfortable room.

United StatesDepending on what floor you're on, if you need to warm up food you have to go to individual floors or wash clothes, etc.
The hotel is very central, and close to everything while at the same time tucked off to the side. The room was way bigger than most typical Tokyo hotel rooms. They had grab and go amenities such as moisturizer, toothbrush, hair oil, etc. The downstairs also had a daily drink from the bar between 4:30pm-5:30pm which was really nice.

United StatesThe elevators were painfully slow. The water pressure from the bathtub faucet was very low and took a long time to fill.
The location was perfect - the hotel is literally above Shibuya station and less than five minutes from Shibuya Scramble Crossing. My room was small (not unlike others in Tokyo) but very clean and comfortable with great views of the city. The bathtub was deep and came with complimentary bath salts. A mini-fridge is provided along with sparkling and still water. The breakfast buffet was vegetarian-friendly with lots of options. There are dozens of restaurants in the same building and the bar/lounge has live music.

AustraliaThe convenient location, the comfortable room and the friendly staff - with all the extras. My partner and I loved our stay here. Very close to the train station and easy access to many restaurants. The hotel offered unlimited water bottles delivered to the room via robot, which was a joy in itself. They also offered 1 free drink in the evenings, which I wish we got to use more! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and large enough for myself (6 foot tall).

She also stated they dont do luggage delivery from the location which they clearly do according to their own pamphlet and also yamato transport downstairs. The bathroom had a little bit of mold and uncleanliness smell from the tub.

Costa Ricano complaints really, perhaps they could switch around the breakfast more often, but there's plenty of options outside the hotel as well so no big deal
this is my 6th time at this hotel, it's perfect, location, design and comfort in the rooms. the rooms aren't big but c'mon, it's Shibuya, you can't expect big rooms! amazing staff and the location is UNBEATABLE! Anyone staying in Tokyo should stay here, period
