Lighting in the vanity area was too dark so us women couldn’t see well for doing hair and makeup.

Location! Perfectly situated in Shibuya with so many wonderful shops and restaurants below. Also clean and spacious with top notch staff who were always there to help. Also about the only place that had more than 2 beds.

I find that this hotel is overpriced, and it charges extra for various services that should have been included in the already high room price. For example, some breakfast menu options are available at extra cost. That is probably due to the hotel's popular location; yet I feel that they should be included.

This hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing and the iconic Shibuya shopping and restaurant district. It is a nice hotel with well-appointed rooms and a decent breakfast restaurant.

This was our favourite hotel that we stayed at over 3 weeks in Japan. The location is fantastic, super close to the action but also a little bit removed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room layout was fantastic, loved having a shower and bath in a wet room and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tokyo.

Everything about this hotel is great. We stayed 6 nights and so pleased we picked this one. Location is perfect, right by Shibuya station, also in the same building is three floors off really good food options, and a connecting tunnel to another shopping mall with the train station below. Rooms were a great size for a couple. Thought the bathroom layout was really smart rather than being all in one room (meant both of us could use each thing without being in each others space like another hotel we stayed at in Osaka). Free drink each night at happy hour and delish breakfast with big range. There’s also a laundry which you can wash and dry for 500Y, or alternatively use the free LG steamers (these were amazing for clothes out the suitcase). Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Tokyo. Also Shibuya is definitely a nicer area to stay and Shinjuku for those first time travellers looking into it. We went out in Shinjuku but so pleased we stayed here. Staff were amazing to top it all off!

The room smelled of smoke yet it was supposed to be non-smoking
