United KingdomChoice of lunch time snack bar menu seemed reduced from previous years, entertainment seemed to also be reduced/finish earlier in the year than usual (thought summer concept entertainment ran until 31st October). Halloween party occurred on 2nd Oct (disappointing as we booked purposely for 31st October to enjoy Halloween party). Missing a beach bar with sunset acoustics (like Liberty Fabay).
Excellent lovely and friendly staff and level of service, good quality food and cocktails. The staff service and hospitality and quality of food/drink is what makes this place a real gem. Cabana a real treat, Italian a La Carte was superb. Lovely new Lukka Bar and poolside facilities.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Especially the stuff who works there, Fatih our server and Biege ( sorry if I misspelled the name - the lady with Guest Service), they are so lovely and professional. I can’t say Thank You enough. We even got the upgrade for our stay since it was my son’s birthday. What a lovely welcome Liberty Lara! Also, food is just great, so many choices and everything is super tasty.
