The view from our room was a construction sight, so could've been better. But I guess that's because we were at the back of the hotel.

The food was absolutely amazing - there was something for everyone and it tasted like homemade. There was a variety to choose from and everything was halal! The pools were also very nice - lovely that they were heated. And the staff were mostly friendly.

The turn the aircon off in the middle of the night and it gets super hot

Main pools were very cold and children were not able to use the heated pool until 31/10 , lots of cats in outside dining areas which were obviously using the flower beds as a toilet which in some areas was a little smelly

Food was excellent plenty of choice , all the staff were outstanding nothing was too much trouble , rooms very comfortable with lots of extra personal touches , hotel was very clean and well maintained

11th stay at this hotel, really can’t fault it! Everything is always incredible- the staff, service, facilities, entertainment, the FOOD! The new additions/renovations have made it even more luxurious too. We are always made to feel welcome and special and always have the best holiday. As always, we will be back next year!

Staff were all extremely friendly and always smiling. The food was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants we visited; Italian, BBQ and Fish. A good selection of bars and very comfy sunbeds. Rooms of a decent size and we upgraded to a sea view for a supplement, but worth every penny. Would recommend this hotel no problem. A lovely hotel with a really good vibe.

Nothing I didn’t like! Only that I didn’t stay longer!

Wow. Where on earth do I start. It was amazing, we loved everything and every minute. Apparently one of the smaller hotels on the strip but you could want for nothing and this hotel is big enough you don’t need more. It was large with lots of things to do but still not overwhelming. The staff, honestly amazing. They couldn’t do anymore for you if they tried, clearly everyone enjoys working there from waiters to entertainment and all! The pool side cabanas were sooo lovely. They are a great little treat. We never go back to the same place twice as there are so many places in the world to visit but we are truly planning on returning next year. The spa was lovely I got a hanam and massage really well priced and worth it! There are shops in the hotel were I bought some lovely bags (didn’t venture to the shopping centre outside as we never found time given how nice the hotel was) Oh and the drinks! Me and my partners are big drinks and they fabulous espcially the cocktails. They use premium spirits and mixers which we were shocked about as not many all inclusives do normally only local spirits! The cabanas come with a exclusive menu too and they were amazing! I could seriously type so many things about how wonderful this hotel is and we cannot wait to return. There was so much entertainment if you have children but also so much for adults if you want to join - the entertainment staff are great at engaging but also don’t hound you which is amazing! Thank you to everyone especially Omer for teaching us how to play killer darts!

Really minimal - going up to the hotel is quite difficult for those arriving on foot, there should be stairs or a shuttle. Lack of entertainment, or an activity for children, during the day in the pool area. The towel counter should be open non-stop, as long as the pools are active. It's a shame that the heated pool doesn't work during the summer.

It was a family vacation to celebrate the mother's birthday. The hotel is large and impressive. We got excellent service from all the hotel employees - the reception staff was very kind and took care of all our requests, the waiters gave good service with a smile, Yelena from customer relations also took great care of us. The food was very tasty and varied. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lobby is large and comfortable, every evening we enjoyed excellent performances and live music. The hotel area have great pools, water slides, bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again.

The most notable thing is the excellent service we received from all the hotel employees - the reception staff was very kind and took care of all our requests, the waiters gave good service with a smile, Yelena from customer relations also took great care of us. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and clean, the lobby is large with comfortable sofas, and every evening we enjoyed excellent performances and live music. The hotel grounds include great pools, water slides for young and old, bars and restaurants, and a beach. We really enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again.

The hotel wanted 80Euro from wedding guests who weren't staying at the hotel just to enter. This seemed unreasonable as to dine they wanted more money, so the 80Euro was an entrance fee. 80% of us were stay at the Liberty? The inhouse wedding planner had to intervene and helped resolve the issue.

The property accommodation is very outdated though. Also, we waited around 30 mins to be allowed into the room after check in time, which was disappointing after an early morning flight and with tired children.

Breakfast was good. Location and facilities were excellent.

pool hours (closed after 6-7pm), lack of pool chairs, no rules on people arriving early and covering a few pool chairs with one towel to save their spot, not much info was given about facilities

Room was a bit small and I hated that the check in is at 14 because we came at 4 am in the morning we couldn't find a flight more suitable so we waited until 11 to have the room thanks to them they helped us to get it at a suitable time

Everything was good, staff was nice Everything was clean, food was excellent alot of variety, animation was great and room so clean the view was amazing sea view
