Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would like a microwave somewhere on-site to use for leftovers.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and accessible to the main highway in Branson. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was checked daily by staff.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My child enjoyed the complimentary dessert bar and fried potatoes at the breakfast bar. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We arrived around 2:45 and the front desk said our room wouldn’t be ready until 45 minutes. We had a show scheduled and had to go to that and check in after it around 6:45. Also, we couldn’t get a receipt or check out. The front desk said to get it through booking dot com because that was how we paid. That has never happened to us before, a receipt would have been nice.
The bed was so comfortable, I think the bedding comforter was down. It was so cozy and soft. The room was older but clean and quiet, no smells. We loved the sweet treat offered in the evening, it was fresh and warm homemade berry and apple pies and they offered delicious cookies too. The breakfast was nice, typical for complimentary breakfast and unremarkable. The price was awesome . The location was great too. Staff was great too! We will stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!
What is not to like about this motel!?!? It’s extremely clean, prices were amazing, staff were very kind, beds so comfortable, room clean, and they serve free breakfast & nightly desserts. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again and again !

I loved the desserts as well the breakfast it was very close to everything just a drive down the road. Beds were soft and rooms were clean loved our stay.

Everything was great.
Sue at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Great breakfast and also evening dessert that included peach and cherry cobbler with ice cream. Close to all the main attractions. Will be returning in the future.

What's not to like I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Check in with smooth just like check out Iand they told you everything up front that you needed to know - they were definitely accommodating the room was exceptionally clean it smelled incredible and the beds were extremely comfortable with lovely comforters. The showers work fantastic there was nothing about this hotel we did not like it was amazing.

I honestly had low expectations because the price was really low, but everything was great. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had no issues with check in or check out. We were a little disappointed that there was no breakfast because it was their off season but that wasn't a big deal because we paid so little for the room. I recommend this Motel

We came in the winter so the breakfast was not available as shown. The lights were off and cars were parked odd in the customer drop off area. I thought I had made a mistake in booking. I had to call to get checked in but she was very nice and came to the office right away :)

We brought one, but the hair dryer seemed to be dead, and I even did a reset on plugs.
Very clean and stay was very nice. Loved the walk-in shower since my mother has balance issues
