I ma not a fan of booking.com - It is through AAA I made reservations. Last 2 times when I needed to cancel or make change through booking direct there was no flexibility and I lost money. Triple A givees you that option.

Clean hotel, excellent staff. When it became clear that the parking lot noise was going to be a problem, Robin quickly moved us to a different room with no hassle, no extra charge.

The staff was wonderful and went out of her way to help with the mix up of our rooms. She was wonderful with everything. The room was exceptional and the bed was really comfortable. The room was really big and had enough room for all of us even with a roll away bed. The dogs even loved the room.

I find it absolutely astonishing that there is only one roll away bed available for the entire place. We ended up having to bring another girl on my daughter's team with us, and they had us in a room with one bed. Went and bought an air mattress, problem one solved. Our room was right next to the stairs so all hours we could hear the door opening and closing. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. It was impossible to find a comfortable temperature.

The people working at this establishment are probably some of the nicest humans I have ever interacted with. Every single person there was amazing.

I did not like that my door was so hard to open and keep open. The blinds over the window need to be fixed as this is problem with 90% hotels Ive stayed in. I do not understand way this should even be a problem with as much as I'm paying a night to stay in one the rooms.

They could have had breakfast for the price, no USB ports in the room, should have for sale if not supplied, rooms need tech upgrades with TVs, USBs etc... The seating furniture could use an upgrade as well. All in all it was ok, but not really in keeping with the cost.

There rooms were clean, and the place was big enough. The size is good too. It was close to where we needed to go and the only one available we could afford.

I made a request for extra parking this is why I booked this property, but when we showed up, even though it was late in the evening, most of the parking lot was used as a construction staging area with several large spools of cable and equipment. I did not have a space to park my truck and trailer (not an 18 wheeler) I had to drop my trailer at one end of the parking lot and park my truck at the other end. For this reason I cancelled my return stay at this property. I doubt I will ever stay at this property ever again, and I probably try to avoid IGH properties in the future.

Th front desk staff was very friendly and even at midnight when we checked in it was nice.

There was a massive party outside on the patio with lots of drunk people and when I was in the lobby getting a snack from the refreshment room, a guy selling drugs approached me and then kept walking up and down the hallways. There was also a group of guys singing at the top of their lungs on the 3rd floor drunk.

there was a group of people on the back porch that was playing cards till 2 am, management never did anything about, your place really needs good remodeling manager. your upper cabinets for the kitchen are way to low, lower cabinet under the sink has no bottom so you lay the glass cleaner on the floor?, disgusting. the shower creeks with every move. I suggest you spray foam on the bottom of the shower to stop the noise.
