The bathroom floor did not appear to have been moped. One trash can in the bathroom was all we had. I sprayed everything with Lysol and still felt like it wasn’t clean.

Hotel cleanliness overall could have used work, only 1 elevator working at any given time, parking garage over crowded, the first room we were assigned to had the balcony door just leaning up against the wall

The elevators kept tearing up and I had my elderly parents and grandkids with me

My grandkids loved the kiddie island. They also had an AMAZING Fire and Hula show that guest could also learn to hula 🥰. The pools and jacuzzis were nice and clean as well as the room. The balcony was nice with enough space. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!!!!

The room was horrible , not like the picture AT ALL . Beds were uncomfortable , and squeaky . Only one outlet which was tucked away behind the bed . Plus more....

All the water features ; pools , lazy river , kids shipwreck waterpark , etc.

First of all, we didn't get into the room until 12am. Then when they finally got the reservation together. We went to the room and it was the wrong room type. I go back to the front desk, and she tells me that they have no room available to switch us to then. The floor was completely full of sand. We had to sweep the floor . The shower, ice bucket, had blonde hair in it. Then, to top it off, the water never got hot, so we had to take cold showers. we called the front desk, and they stated they were going to send maintenance to come check it. No one ever came. Then I called back the same thing. Then my husband went to the front desk, but still no one came. We left the room around 5 pm, and no one still showed up. It was a very bad experience. NEVER AGAIN.. I also have videos and photos of the room.

Water leaking from ceiling, charged for moving to another room, food was horrible, too expensive, doing work on building, phones in some rooms not working,not enough access to indoor pools due to renovations, drainage was bad. Etc.

Ocean

Very unclean. No room service or housekeeping due to staff shortage. Elevator floors were weak and bowed in. Elevators unclean. Had to take out my own trash and strip the laundry from the bed before check out. There is no housekeeping to clean rooms. The resort has a terrible odor. There was a bucket placed on the lobby stairs to catch water leaking from the ceiling. The room was not ready at 4pm check in time. I got my room keys and access to my room after 4:40pm. There was hair left in the room and bathroom from previous guests. It was so filthy I went to the local Walmart to buy cleaning products to clean the room on the 1st night. The phones in the rooms did not work! The loading carts for luggage were rusted and very hard to steer due to excessive build-up around the wheels, or the wheels were worn out. Just terrible stay and vacation this visit. The resort is using the excuse of construction in progress as their reason for such conditions. The entire resort needs to be closed down and renovated. My balcony door did not close completely. The glass on the sliding door to the balcony had separated from the seal that was for holding it on the door frame. I will never return.

Very unpleasant vist. Upon arrival the staff did not acknowledge us. They were on the side talking, at least 3 families were waiting to check in. The staff is not very friendly. Nothing was clearly explained as if they were in a rush. Water from the ceiling in my room was dripping all over the floor because of the humidity in the room the air was off when we got there. I had to ask for extra towels multiple times. The day we were leaving, housekeeping started at 9 am knocking on the door a total of 3 times making us feel rushed and unwelcomed.. breakfast was not included. The bowling alley had caught fire last year and they didn't tell us. On the last day I went to load my car up and I went back up to the room and literally at 10:44 and my key no longer worked. The only thing nice was the indoor/outdoor pool because that gave the kids something to do while it was raining.

My kids loved the water park. It rained and they still had something to do.

The lazy river was terrible.The indoor water stuff wasnt good.I think alot of this was de to construction going on.

Because I paid for Ocean Front & Got Ocean View . Ask the clerk she said she couldn’t change my room cause I booked through 3rd party company . I showed her proof and she still said that’s not her job

Horrible customer service

Well the morning of checking out, housekeeping decides to use the key without knocking or saying housekeeping thankfully the top lock was on. Second a random so call housekeeping person came to the door 15 minutes later with gloves and a back pack on call front desk they do absolutely nothing about that. So we don’t open the door had know clue who this was or could’ve been front desk didn’t even call security.
