It wasn’t clean, housekeeping never checked if we needed anything. Parking was offal and to be charged for it really. Staff always seemed grumpy. Pools were dirty and not maintained. Trash was everywhere.

No water upon arrival Someone entered the room when there was a no cleaning policy until departure Water was shut down the third day.. black water was coming out of the shower By day 4 the shower was clogged Asked staff 4 times for washrags and towels Property was dirty and staff lacked professionalism

The room was dated and in terrible condition. The pictures in the gallery are false as the suites look nothing like that! I went to the front desk because I was very unhappy with the condition and dated furniture. I had to clean before we could unpack! I will never stay at there again! I am definitely done with Booking.com as I have been going back and forth with y’all about the suite as it was not a two bedroom as I was told! We had to sleep on a mattress on the floor so that the kids could sleep Comfortable. Never again! 2500.00 we paid to be treated this way!

Staff was not welcoming. I filled out a survey by which the night time manager did not like my responses, by which he called and got rude with my wife on the phone.

Location is ideal for off resort attraction.

Bars closing early night more night life keep bowling hours same all week

The bowling was a plus a whole vibe chicken and drinks was 🔥 I didn't like the bars outside closing early I feel adults love to sip in the evening that opportunities could be a vibe with some music but over all fantastic you can literally walk anywhere from this location mini golfing 2 blocks restaurants cheaper on Kingsway up street from hooka lounges & boardwalk breakfast on 9th 10 out of 10 coming back for a family party

i was over charged twice for deposit still have not reciwved funds. the refrigerator didn't work the ice machines were out if service which left me mever with nothing cold it was rust everywhere

False advertisement and untrained employees. I never checked in. They listed indoor pool and amenities. After booking I received an email 2 days later saying indoor pool was closed. Tried to cancel reservation. They refused. I explained I booked solely for the indoor pool. Received email saying pool was open on weekends. I called location and was told pool was not open at all due to staffing issues/ no towels.

The fact that they lied to me twice and tried to lie their way out of a lie.

I stay the night . got there little late but I check in. before it was time for me an my love to go the bathroom flood up an feces was everywhere in the room . my stuff was damage an the manager said I can’t get my deposit back cause they have to fine some one to clean it up . I hate it there . not recommended no one there . I pray the staff stays there because the manager not even worth it

All the water stuff was closed except the outdoor hot tub and the jets didn't work on it but the water was warm

Cleanliness! In addition, the indoor pool was closed. Other visitors were very upset as well.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment and we cut our stay short.
