The location is convenient — close to the subway and shops (HMart, 7/11, Target). However, the room was extremely small and quite run-down for six people. There are very few kitchen utensils, so if you plan to cook, be prepared. Taking the elevator was often a challenge because it was always crowded. I doubt we would choose this place again.

Lack of any place to hang jackets or clothes, or any space to leave the luggage. Moreover, there are no chairs or any other place to sit apart from the bed.

The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had more than enough utensils. The location is also great if wanting to visit Manhattan.

Fabulous location - lovely to go to the theatre and be back to the apartment in a few minutes. There was sufficient cooking equipment etc for our needs. Beds were comfortable.

The elevator system was very slow. On the day we checked out I waited 20 minutes to get on an elevator that wasn’t already full. I couldn’t take the stairs because I had a very heavy suitcase.

The room could have been cleaner and better maintained. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, and you had very few options to watch. When we checked out, the sign said it was at 11 AM. When we wanted to leave our luggage at the accommodation, the man told us it was $5 per bag. This meant we couldn't leave them because we had quite a few items, and it would have been a lot of money. This forced us to change all our plans, and we couldn't visit what we had planned. They should inform guests about this fee as they provide almost no information, and it affected our plans for that day. Very inconvenient! I find it unfair that they can hold your luggage for free before check-in but charge you money for it at check-out. In other places, they store it for free after check-out for the day. Since check-out is at 11 AM, all the cleaning staff are working at that time, and all the elevators are extremely busy. You have to wait several minutes to use the elevator.

We stayed for one night. The woman at the office was friendly and let us leave our things for early check in until after the office closed at 6 PM. They brought our luggage to the room when the office closed. There were four of us. The room was fine. It was spacious. Overall, we were comfortable in the room for one night.

The expected price and the real price were very different. They add on over $100 of fees and for what you are paying you can get a better hotel for better price.

I did not like the fact that when we opened the door my first impression was like l am entering a dorm room. No cabinets no dresser nor hangers for clothes , except few hooks on the bathroom door. We couldn't find any shelving for toiletries or for make up etc. Unfortunately not even luggage holders to put our suitcase on. Only cabinet was for the "kitchen" , which was besides our bed. We had only one mirror in the bathroom on the medicine cabinet. After shower all the steam entered the room, bc there were no air ventilation unfortunately. Room also can use a fresh coat of paint so is the bathroom .

The room was very small, the towels were more like hand towels, very small and there was no change of towel or bed linen for the whole 7 days! No where to hang coats for 5 people except a small wardrobe which would be full of clothes.

TOOOOOO HOOOOOOT!!!! AC does not seem to work well, it might need to be changed. We asked for assistance but nothing was done so we have to ask for a portable fan(which took a while before they gave one, my father did not leave the front desk so they did not have a choice but to provide us one). Also the place was so dusty and it seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned. It was not a comfortable place to stay especially when you are tired after a long day of walk. We stayed in cheaper place before in NY(sad that it was not available when we booked) but those places are far better and more comfortable than this. We will never stay in this place again. Poor customer service.

There were ticks in the bed, giving my wife Lime Disease. The room was NOT similar to the photographs online. The $99 cleaning fee charged at the end was inappropriate because it was not properly cleaned following the previous occupant and the rules state rubbish should be taken out - why do we have to do part of the cleaning job if we're paying for it. And $99 to clean a room and a bathroom is extortionate.

The room has kitchen but no table and not even one chair to sit?!? Horrible. I do not know how they imagine that we rent appartment with kitchen and then there is no table or chair in the room??! Noise from the street. Poor english at reception.

You could definitely hear your neighbors in the hall, and I think the folks upstairs were having a dance off. There were no small tables by the beds to put your phones, etc, at night. There were no toiletries in the room, bring your own.

The location is incredible, close to everything. I was a little bit apprehensive due to old reviews that were bad, but the place was clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a lot of character and history in the room and building.

The place smelt at all times. No cleaning in 5 days, no change of towells. One hand towell for 4 People x 5 days. I assume you get what you pay in NYC (300€ per night) but now that i know, i would have preferred to pay more for a better place.

There was a 99$ cleaning fee, which made the cost of the room higher than expected and then a 200$ security deposit for more cleaning.
