Ugh. The room REALLY needs to be updated. A little time/money spent on improving the rooms would go a long way. That's not to say that it was terrible (no cockroaches, bed bugs, or evidence of other people's stay) but it kind of felt a little dingy.

The location is great - right on the beach front with easy access. Beach towels were included as were an umbrella and chair. There is a little kitchenette with fridge/sink/microwave/coffee maker, etc. which was nice. Surprisingly comfortable rollout bed/cot. Security and valet were very friendly.

The small ironing board, the door lock didn't feel secure, no extra bedding, no cleaning supplies. It wasn't terrible but it was far from excellent.

The shower door was glass and it was broken on top corner. It didn't close properly. Bathroom was small and had roaches, floor had hair from previous guest. Blanquets were dirty, and one could tell they weren't washed after the last guest.

Excellent location. Magnificent views, great pool and beach access. Valet parking fast and easy to access. Valet parking staff were wonderful. Kitchen was very well equipped and very clean

1) ventilation fan / exhaust fan is not working at all in kitchen and bathroom 2) I put a message to owner , no reply from him 3) I checked with front desk, again no help apart from no help they said checked with your owner 4) with this , the room smelled like anything

Was not well cleaned, kitchenette was small which was fine but there was hardly any cooking ware and the rooms were rather dirty. our stove was also broken and only one of the burners worked.

as others have mentioned the property is a little shabby, but it was fine as a base from which to explore Miami. was a little cramped, but it worked just fine.

the property was in a great location, it had everything we needed and for the price we paid compared to other properties in the area we couldn't complain - pool was big, shop onsite, valet parking, iron hairdryer coffee maker etc all available.

Everything else. One suit was ok but the other one had broken tiles, weird decorations, definitely need some updating, some sheets/towels were stained/dirty and beds not comfortable at all. Slept horribly each night. Owner said reach out to him with questions instead of front desk, but since he already tried to make me feel stupid with something I asked earlier in our chats, I didn't bother to reach out again.

That there was a pool right downstairs and beach right next to it. We could also walk to restaurants and stores due to location of it.

I was expecting the property to be older and little run down, but clean. I noticed there was a lot of dust and grime on floors, walls, baseboards and vents. Also, the hallway reeked of marijuana at almost all times of day. The window shades didn’t work completely and one sheer panel was missing altogether. Mostly cosmetic things - windows desperately need to be replaced or refurbished, rust on shower base, floors while updated were pretty scratched.

Beachfront location! Full kitchen in suite is great. Affordable way to stay close to the beach for a family. Foam mattresses seemed newer and comfortable.
