BrazilBREAKFAST Instead of either having the options of included breakfast or paying for it at the lobby (to eat as much as you want) like traditional hotels.They basically got a restaurant, that you have to pay it “a la carte” (according to what they have in the menu), and honestly the food wasn’t even that good. We only ate there once. BATHROOM/ROOM The TV didn’t seem to have good channel options (cable). That was a room issue but the shower had some problem that would make the floor wet after showering. This is more of a personal ick to us, but we didn’t like the toilet without a lid.
The hotel is nice, very big, the layout can be a little confusing but you figure it out. They also had very nice outdoor areas with nice spaces for games, swimming, etc. The room is spacious and the amenities seem well taken care of. The “free” cookies were delicious, and the staff seemed very nice.

I spent so much money on this trip and my stay was terrible I was downgraded and put in a room with a noisy machine next to it. United StatesThe front office receptionist was extremely rude and seemed "put-off" that I was wearing a mask. I spoke clearly and loudly but she repeatedly indicated that she was annoyed that I was wearing a mask while talking to her. She also interrupted me several times and did not know what an ADA room meant that I had booked for my family member who was recovering from a femur fracture. She put us on the 2nd floor and made no effort to ensure we could get to the room without difficulty. The server in the lounge was more than rude when we grabbed the menus from the bar to look over. He was mad that we didn't wait for menus to be brought over. The service went down hill from there. There were also blood stains on the door frame around the bathroom door. Usually we love staying at this facility but unfortunately, this was not a good stay.
The gentleman who was serving people at breakfast was very sweet and kind. He was honestly the best part of the entire stay. Jorge I believe was his name and he has served us in the past as well. The shuttle drivers were great and very friendly.

CanadaLobby and restaurant looked nice and updated but rooms were in outside in a courtyard-type situation and they were very shabby! There were also street prostitutes going up the elevator and roaming the halls. We heard yelling outside our room. Felt unsafe.
