  • “This is a terrible hotel. Rooms not clean. Only rooms offered me at the genius rate were ground floor on the freeway. Terrible nights sleep. I will not trust 4 star hotels ever again”

  • “The lift was broken so we had to carry suitcases to the second floor. Our room key didn’t work, it seemed like the door handle and lock were broken as maintenance had to be called. We eventually changed rooms. The lady on the desk was very nice and obviously had a lot to deal with. The rooms were dated but the bed was comfy when we eventually got into our room. The TV was broken and the cistern in the toilet dripped all night which was very noisy. The bathroom door squeaked too. Breakfast was inedible and the toaster heated bread rather than toasted it. The airport is an uber ride away. The hotel only pay for one way. This is incredibly overpriced for what it is.”

  • “The highlight here was the staff. Super friendly and engaging. Sadly, the elevators were down, which was a bit upsetting due to my sisters bad back. I ended up having to carry both our luggage bags up the stairs. The property is in need of a refresh as well. Pictures made it look a bit newer and cleaner than it is. The beds are not super comfortable either. Overall, was a bit disappointed and canceled our stay here on our return back through Phoenix as i didn't want to risk the elevator situation again. .”

  • “The Uber service was easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and the place was clean”

“Check in was a slow process where the guy didn’t seem to recognise a passport and then asked for my details which had already been provided when I booked in advance. The room was old and a little tatty but had 2 double beds, it was cleaned every day I was there. It did not have a coffeemaker or a bucket for ice, probably because the ice maker wasn’t working! Decent shower, towels and TV. Location is close to downtown but on the edge of a run down district. Lots of road noise at night so left the noisy AC unit on to drown out outside noise. Accommodation advertised with breakfast but there was no breakfast.”

“Shower great, towels and bed were great”

  • “location”

  • “Our flight was cancelled and we ended up booking this hotel at 2am and checking in at 2.30am. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and helped us with advice about taxis, shops etc as the stay was completely unplanned. The suite was enormous, clean and very comfortable. There was a great choice at breakfast and decent coffee available all day. The pool area was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We ended up having to stay 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves here in spite of the circumstances. There was even a free taxi to the airport when we finally managed to get a flight home!”

  • “Great location, very close to the interstate. Plenty of parking, huge, clean, well-equipped room. Really friendly staff who made this feel more like a small family run hotel than a large chain. Very comfortable and welcoming.”
