We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe was no maid service during our four night stay. I scheduled it, then had to ask again and still no one came to the room. I eventually left towels outside the door and called and asked for towels. Those did arrive. The hotel is near the airport in a not very nice part of Phoenix. Yet, they call it the Camelback Doubletree. Camelback is nice part of town but 2 miles away. Yet the rates were 300/night.

United StatesThe website stated that there was a 24 hour airport shuttle. Upon arrival we requested a 4:30 shuttle. We were told we would have to get a cab because shuttle didn't start until 7 am. We ordered a cab and when we went to the front door to get the cab at 4:30 am, the shuttle was in fact there ready to take patrons to the airport. Additionally, at 1 am the smoke alarms went off in all the rooms, but there was no fire. We called the front desk and they didn't know what the cause was.
The restaurant and bar were lovely. Good food and drinks.

Other details: The in-room coffee for machine-brewing was never replenished. The available television channels were not well reproduced on the TV screen (with glitching and other fidelity problems)
Although the restuarant's food was more expensive than expected, I was pleased that it was good tasting, and that extra condiments we're provided upon request (at Brix).

United StatesEverything, from the lack of customer service In the front, to the locked bathrooms in the lobby to the filthy run down rooms with no housekeeping. Whenever the heat or AC kicks on, it sounds like somebody’s breaking in the door, thick, dust hanging from the vents, room smelled of smoke, stains on carpet, and on wallpaper, hard as a rock, bed, chips in tile, weak water, pressure, and no hot water, poor lighting and overall I wouldn’t have paid more than 50 bucks a night, it was worse than motel six quality. I’m a Hilton honors member, and Hilton is supposed to live up to a certain brand and level, and this property definitely does not have it… I will not be staying at Hilton properties anymore Due to this experience, this is very sad how rundown this Hilton property is. I spoke with everybody from the night auditor to the front desk supervisor, Francisco, and absolutely no help was given except for to relocate to the sixth floor, which was the same exact room with the same exact problems. I was shocked. please look elsewhere. This property is a nightmare. Also, the front desk manager only works certain hours and is not available to help outside those hours with customer problems.

Did not eat breakfast. It was very dark hotel when I had to walk to my room at 1 in the morning. I felt very unsafe. I called for airport shuttle and was told it stopped at 11 pm and then was “good luck with that”. About getting to hotel. Then once I arrived. Security hd to go get someone to come out and check me in. Up on checking out the lady at the desk at 7am was rude to others checking out and her excuse was it’s early.
