No air conditioning. Couldn’t open window even 2 inches for fresh air. Windows have screens, but are nailed shut. Needs a new mattress. Ours was lumpy.

It’s an older property, things are kind of banged up. there were lots of dogs at this hotel and barked for hours at night.

The property was fine, it felt safe, it was definitely an older property. The staff was not helpful or friendly. When I checked out all they said to me was “no balance due”. They did not say thank you, how was your stay, I hope you come again, is there anything we can do. Nothing like that. The girl who checked me in was not much better, if I go back to Vail, I would not stay here. A little customer service or even a smile, goes a long way, did not get that here.

The room was the best price in Vail! The rooms are modern and a good size, the beds are comfortable, there is a free continental breakfast, it is about 1000ft from the ski lift, and the hot tub is great!

One of our party got stuck in the elevator. They gym left a lot ot be desired. The hotel looks dingy and uncleaned.

The only thing good about my stay was the location.

Total lack of security at the property. Someone entered our room at 3am without authorization. The manager on duty did not provide any explanation and did not resolve the incident. Appalling lack of respect for the clients by the manager on duty and the owner. They should upgrade their key card system and train the staff to treat clients with respect. Anyone can enter your room.!!!

The walls are very thin. I could her everyone talking and walking outside my room. There was little privacy in my hotel room.

The location is very convenient. Everyone from the reception area and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was very nice.... we loved the trails right behind the hotel leading to Vail Village. We thought our room with our Husky was absolutely wonderful! Very clean. The pool was very clean as well as the hottub.

I booked a room here for a surprise overnight stay to celebrate our 29th Anniversary. I was pleased that they welcomed pets as well. It is within walking distance to Vail village. Everything was clean and well kept.

For $463.00 + $50 parking, this place was disgusting. The first room we were put in had a toilet that ran constantly, so we were moved. The rooms smelled awful. While beds were newer (mattress’ 5-10 years, bathroom vanities, probably early 2000), it doesn’t look like this hotel has been fully updated since it was built, not in a good way. Windows were hard to open, wobbly and paint was peeling, walls, while they appeared decently clean, are weathered, popcorn ceilings, bathrooms are dark, the drain in our bathroom was rusting. It just felt dingy and dirty and the smell was hard to overlook. Also, the “valley view,” is that of the parking lot and I-70.

Proximity to Lionshead village and our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

It is an older property and is a bit worn.

The hotel served its purpose for us for this trip. I doubt we will visit Vail again but if we did, we would probably elect to stay in a condo. We did appreciate its location
