We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast and evening reception were good. We had the pool to ourselves at the time we went on saturday afternoon. Employees were friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel was good as well.

Hotel was very comfortable, good facilities. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our room heater wasnt functioning. However, the engineer worked very diligently to ensure the heater was functional. It was a pleasure staying at Embassy suites and going forward, in any city that we travel, I want to stay in Embassy suites, it is our first choice of hotel.

United StatesToilets are very low. If you're elderly or have lower limb flexibility issues you may want to look at booking an "accessible" room. Edited comment as someone thought we didn't enjoy our stay because I pointed this out. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Staff was awesome and we felt pampered and even a bit spoiled. The happy hour bartender made some lovely drinks and it felt just a bit decadent to be there.
