We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesBathroom knob in room was broke, pullout sofa was stained and should be replaced. Picked hotel for the pool but the slide wasn't working at time of stay. Upon check in, staff announced room number out loud as she checked in multiple guest ahead of us aswell as our room number.
Friendly staff. Overall it was clean, although there was some upkeep that needed done in the room.

United StatesThe curtains didn't completely close out the light so we had bright lights shining in the room all night. There was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes burned walking into the pool room.
The room was spacious. Everything was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The TV was nice. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The hot tubs were nice. The pool slide was super fast and fun.

CanadaYour staff was very helpful to us and hope the the best for you. However, the fact that this property is in the United States means I will not be there for the foreseeable future. I am a Canadian and your government has disrespected Canada. We have been betrayed! There isn’t much I can do as an individual but I will do what I can. Therefore my family and I are boycotting the United States.
