The food was terrible, drinks were ok. The bar in the pool wasn't open. My ac didn't work in the room. Maintenance came to change the filter it still didn't work. They give you a free ice cream or coffee/tea but it's only for hot coffee not iced. The pool didn't have towels so I had to continue to ask for them. I went to the front desk they told me to ask the restaurant. No microwaves in the rooms but the staff let me use the microwave in their lunch room and old behold they had freaking roaches. The vending machines only had soda, water or energy drinks no actual snacks. The atm didn't work in the lobby area. Honestly I can go on but that was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

The museum was pretty cool other than that the hotel doesn't have much.

I booked a King-size bed with a balcony, advertised as a spacious 500 sq. ft. room. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find a cramped room with a Queen-size bed. Measuring the room with my iPhone revealed it was missing 150 sq. ft. from the advertised size. To make matters worse, I discovered bees on the balcony. When I spoke to an Engineering employee who came to address the issue, he confirmed that my room was one of the smallest available. A housekeeper echoed this, further validating my concerns.The rooms are nothing like the pictures online. They are misleading and completely misrepresent what you actually get. The toilet buttons didn't even work properly, and you had to maneuver it just to flush.

The view was the only good thing!

On Saturday at about 1:30 in the morning the customer service was very bad and they didn't give me the room and they bought me the money

the truth is that I rented the hotel for this application and when I arrived at the hotel they let me know that I rented it by expedition and after I arrived at the hotel they did not give me my room and I paid the money 💰

The service was horrible to say the least. On our second day we didn’t have our room serviced. We left all day from 9am -4pm and we had a knock at about 4:45. It was such an inconvenience for us to leave the room as we were so tired from being out all day. It was recommended to let the front desk know when we would leave our room so it would get serviced. We did that the next day and once again after arriving at 5pm our room hadn’t been touched. We called the front desk to ask why our room was still not done even after we asked and we didn’t get a proper answer. The front desk was the worst from all. They were on their phones at all times and should be more attentive to the guests. I would never stay here ever again. Oh and you can hear everything so catching some sleep was difficult. Lastly, there is cabinet space for your clothes so you will living out of your luggage.

I loved the location as it was centralized to everything we had planned for our stay.

Had to change rooms 2 times -- once because room wasn't ready upon checkin, and once because next door neighbors were having a loud party at night (though staff was very accommodating). There was something broken in two of the rooms (toilet, tv), and it seemed like there was a lot of deferred maintenance. Room was clean but furniture was stained and torn, bathmats were worn and frayed. Kept hitting my head on tv in one room and hitting my shins on metal edge of bed frame that sticks out from the beds. Shower was good, but took a long time to heat up. Lots of cigarette smoke in the lobby because guests smoke right outside the open front door.

Wonderful staff - amazingly friendly and helpful! Bed was comfortable. Room layout was good and room was clean. Food in onsite restaurant was very good. Extremely pet friendly!

A friend met me at the hotel and we had dinner in the restaurant. We both really did not like our dinners, lettuce in salad was old, the dough of the margareta pizza like thing was tasteless no salt, the tomatoes were very sparse and pale lacking basil. Food needs work.

They were booked due to a concert that we were attending as well. They didn’t staff well to accommodate for being full. They couldn’t accommodate a late check out. The ac in the room ran non stop and couldn’t get under 74 degrees.

The customer service during checkout was anything but friendly. They also had flyers/menus on the nightstand for In-room dining from 11am to 10 pm and when I called to place an order at 12pm they said they couldn't take our order because they took their lunches from 12-1. They shouldn't advertise in room dining.

I sure didn't like the open fraud of cancelling a confirmed reservation with no notice at 2:00 am and then charging the cancellation fee. No opinion on anything else as we had to find another hotel.

Black out does not close completely @ 430 am I had light in the room, control remote for the tv does not work just turns it on but can’t change Chanel’s. , shower head just spits water everywhere.

We didn't like that the bathroom has a sink that goes across from the bathroom side to the bedroom side and is open so that whatever is happening in the bathroom can easily be heard from the bedroom.
