We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe elevators are very small and took a while to get to each floor. The second elevator was broken which I know is out of their control. The knob at our sink was really hard to turn on and off. There was a clothing XL sticker on the wall. The menu has changed since our last stay and was much more expensive. Overall, nothing that would deter me from staying again for the 3rd time.
Loved that it was on the water! I liked that it was close to the falls. I also liked that there was a pool though we did not go in. The parking lot is very spacious.

CanadaThe rooms need to be more sound proof. We were right beside the ice machine which was used by several people over night and early morning and was really loud. We were also woken up at 3 am by a screaming baby in an adjacent room.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view of the river and sunset.

United StatesRoom a little pricey for what you are essentially getting. Parking and breakfast should be included to make the cost more reasonable. Should invest in updated bathrooms and automated options in the rooms (voice activated lights and curtains, possibly Alexa controlled) to make the rooms and stay more resort-like. Pet friendly, that was totally OK with us, but you may hear a little puppy dog next door!
Clean and Comfortable room. Liked that there was a fridge and great black out curtains. Very nice/friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant/bar looked very nice though we didn't eat there, but has a great outdoor patio/deck you can eat/drink at that's right on the water. Pretty views from the waterfront rooms. Good location, short drive to niagara falls, and seconds away from the bridge if you want to go Buffalo. Pet friendly, so it's convenient for those that travel with pets.

United StatesNo hot water in shower. Reported to front desk and immediately sent maintenance. However maintenance told us we were not turning handle correctly (single knob). Still no hot water no matter how far you turned handle. Not offered any discount for cold showers(3 day stay).
Very limited choices. But excellent breakfast sandwich. Fantastic waitress Amber! She was amazing!
