United StatesBed was so tall - I am 5'2" - had to practically jump on the bed and at 71 that can be a problem - would be nice to have a small stool or something to aid in getting into bed for us short people! The iron in my room had something scorched onto it and discovered I could not use it on my blouse unless I wanted to ruin it. Irons should be checked and replaced when something is burned on them.

United StatesBreakfast wasn't hot. Other than that no complaints. The hotel is really big! So it required a lot of walking to get back to the front desk. Of course, no restaurant really seasons their food, but it would have been nice.
The hotel is very, swank! High scale but affordable, It is huge!! I walked a whole lot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was wonderful and very friendly. I had one issue, but it was resolved quickly. Can't wait to return next year as we just found out the event we came to town for, will be using your hotel again!!

United StatesI was under the impression that breakfast was included at this hotel by the description on the Booking.com website, however this was not the case. Breakfast was $14.95 per person if you wanted that which I thought was really expensive. I also did not like that streaming services were not available on the TVs in the room. I feel like this is commonplace now and was surprised Netflix was not available to stream, only cable.
I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating. I was in town for an interview, and there was a marijuana smoke smell in the hallway outside our original room, and I did not want to be around the smell. They upgraded my room for free and put me on an entirely different floor than I was on originally. I really appreciated this and the new room had a nice balcony. They bed was nice and we were comfortable throughout the stay.

United StatesWhen I got there,There were some people smoking wright by the entrance to the motel and I had to walk wright through the smoke,made me very angry because I smelled like cigaret smoke the rest of the evening, I had to change clothes before my wife and I went to eat dinner. I tried to wait for the smoke to blow in a different direction but it was pretty steady in that direction.They we’re standing next to the walls so I couldn’t go around them.

Kind staff. Easy exit and entry location off the highway. Beds are great, pillows are great! Clean space. Key card works well.

Staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Needed extra pillow they brought to me. Breakfast closed right when we got downstairs they opened backed up for us. Barking dog in a room few doors, they made sure the owners came and removed the dog. Excellent staff! Want to specifically call out Latisha (sorry if I got name wrong). She was amazing!

United Statesi was disappointed that they don’t have a functioning restaurant and also I had to move rooms 3x’s. the first room had a view of a graveyard (I put in the notes to have a nice view with sunlight) second room, the bedsheets were dirty with a hair. the third room was better, I was able to get a pool view but the sheets were once again unclean (had stains). i was able to get fresh linen. i had to ask for an iron 3x’s and ended up going to the front desk because housekeeping never came to bring it as promised.
i love the pool area and the property.

United StatesThe front desk receptionist was very nice and friendly. She assigned us to a room but then moved us to a different room. It would have been nice if she could told us that she moved us to another room. It was corrected and we got a room none of the less.
The breakfast was excellent! The food was cooked very well and tasted very good! The room was comfortable and clean! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be going back to stay at this hotel again!
