Need a breakfast of some sort. These people forget we are human beings that need to eat bc we are not at home able to make a breakfast. Pretty low bar for a hotel IMO.

There is no breakfast. Hotel was very loud all night with kids running, doors slamming etc. until midnight or so, and my shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. Security guard and staff were very friendly.

The breakfast I booked on booking.com did not show up on their system. The hotel gave me the breakfast eventually, but I needed to give them a mroe detailed booking notification.

Everything was okay until we asked staff the next morning for fresh towels. The staff said “ you can come grab them.” Then we were checking out the lady with short hair was smoking outside and we were standing at the desk for a minute u til I went out there and asked if we could be checked out and she still took her time to finish smoking so we left the room keys up by the computer.

They did not offer breakfast, But for a fee a restaurant next door did. The restaurant also had an amazing Capresse flatbread.

The staff couldn’t find our booking took like 20-30 minutes to book us in although I showed them our booking and confirmation number. On top of that they charged our card although we already paid for our room and when we called back and told them there was nothing they could do till Monday because it was the weekend but the staff was rude.

the room was super cold so I turned the AC off, and after about half an hour started to notice a musty smell, almost like mold. Not sure where it was coming from, maybe the carpet, which seemed like it had seen better days. When I turned the light on in the bathroom I nearly jumped out of my skin because the exhaust fan was so loud it sounded like a truck roaring down the highway. I looked up and saw that it was rusted and filthy, obviously really old and needing to be replaced. I used the microwave and the turntable didn’t move. So yeah, some good things here but a lot of problems not being tracked and stuff not cared for as well as it should be, which adds up to probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was great, close to the highway but pretty quiet. There’s a lovely spot where you can walk by the river, and a good restaurant right nearby. The lobby was clean and spacious, parking was easy, staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

i didn't like the low staffing at check in as it took 18 minutes for me to get my room number and key. On a Saturday. at early evening, i would think there would be adequate staffing for the rush hour check-in. the worst thing to present a paid customer, is a long wait on there vacation time.

i liked the hot tub and pool area, the available patio outside, the clean rooms, the restaurant attached with breakfast buffet and a bar. i enjoyed the fitness area close proximity of the restaurant.

All the lights were so bright in the room. They need a nightlight in the bathroom to not wake you up if you need to go at night. And softer lighting options in the other rooms. One of the lights was broken and couldn’t turn on.

The pet fee was not disclosed when checking in or checking out for that matter. We stayed twice - on the way to our destination and on the way home. My credit card was charged after I checked out. When I called to discuss the matter, they had no explanation why I wasn’t told of the fee in advance. I plan/budget expenses before traveling and was frustrated to have this extra expense. To be clear, I take no issue with a pet fee, only the fact it wasn’t disclosed at all.

Nice location to walk along the riverfront. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free coffee in room and also already made in the lobby each morning.

Fire alarm went off for about 5 min. I asked a maid in the hall if it was for real. We packed up and left so fast we lost some items. No breakfast, it was buy your own and it was closed by the time we went down to restaurant. Staff forgot to let us know this when we checked in.

The location was good, but room not good. We chose a room facing the river only to stare down at a large junky air conditioner unit that made noise all night.
