Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomAmazing place to stay in New York! On Wall Street approximately 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station! The staff were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating of any requests! We would definitely stay again! We stayed in a 2 bedroom room and it was amazing! Only slight complaint is there was no full length mirror in the room anywhere and no mirrors in the bedrooms! The only mirror was a small mirror on the bathroom cabinet! It wouldn't impact on us staying here again as it was amazing but would be something useful to add!

South AfricaNo complaints about this accommodation or location.
Upon arrival, the staff made provision so that we could check in earlier as well as a room upgrade. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The room had everything one could need while staying in the City for a week. Facilities were good and nothing was broken or faulty. The location was quiet and convenient to catch any transport or to walk to a coffee or breakfast spot within 10mins.

South AfricaThere’s nothing not to like
We were upgraded from our studio to a full appartment for the entire duration of our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and convenient location. Great facilities, with everything we could need. Clean and fresh room. Coffee and breakfast spots within close walking distance and a cafe kiosk in the lobby. Deliveries and parcels were collected and kept at reception for any online orders.

SpainThe apartment has everything you can need for a stay in New York. We stayed here for 9 nights in a studio plus located in 22th floor (amazing Wall Street views). It was included a cleaning service for the whole stay (not the best but normal taking into account this is an apartment more than a hotel). Also they gave us a free breakfast for one day. The location is pretty good, calm and safe area in Wall Street. You can reach midtown Manhattan easily with all the metro lines that cross close the property. The apartment itself has a complete mini kitchen, bathroom with towels and plenty of space. 24/7 reception desk. Also they provide luggage storage if you need it. Without any doubt, I will try to come back to this “hotel” when I visit New York again.

United StatesI had specifically requested a quieter and/or higher floor as I am traveling for work and can’t afford a bad night of sleep. While the staff said they gave me an upgrade (it is definitely was bigger), it was noisier as it was next to kitchen, laundry and closer to street/alley. Took many days of negotiation and they gave me a higher floor on the last day of my 5 day stay. I would still come back only if they confirmed a higher floor.
Great for anyone looking for apartment style stay whether traveling for work or with family.

United KingdomNothing.
Games room and washing room. Really friendly reception staff. They let us leave our stuff there and gave us an amenities pass when we were checking in and checking out. There was a really nice receptionist, I cannot remember her name but she had glasses.

United KingdomA set of instructions would help to explain how the double bed is setup (it comes out of the wall). Took us a short while to work that out.
This is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and we loved the self catering facilities such as the cooker, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The financial district is great as it's outside the really busy area but still an easy subway ride away from New York centre.

IrelandVery little to complain about. A bedside locker and lamp would be nice.
Lovely spacious apartment with a shabby chic decor - beautiful natural wooden floors and exposed pipes in the ceiling. The staff at reception were helpful and check in was really quick. We had three bedrooms (parents and two adult sons), a large sitting room/dining area, a large bathroom and a safe. Loads of storage and wardrobe space in the apartments, heating that can be controlled room by room, a full kitchen, microwave, kettle. The apartment has information on the location of the gym, the community kitchen, etc. There are lovely seating areas on each floor if you want to escape! There is plenty of ice in the community kitchen. Very good wifi. Wall street subway is only a few minutes walk away and Fulton street subway about 10 minutes walk away. Between the two you can access anywhere. Also closeby is the Statton Island ferry terminal.

United StatesI knew this going into it, but the hotel is really far south in Lower Manhattan. Having full days to explore, it was no problem. On arrival and departure days, we did not really have enough time to head anywhere in another borough. There was no ice machine. There were a few ice makers on different floors in the community kitchen but I had to ride up and down to find one that worked and had ice in it.
Place was great. I thought the room was going to be way smaller than it was. The built in bunk was perfect for my 13 year old and the murphy bed from the wall was pretty comfortable and very easy to pull down. Staff was really friendly. When getting back late but not ready for bed, we used the game room and played some table tennis. The train was about two blocks from the hotel. I felt very safe in that location and there were lots of good food trucks around the area.
