They forgot to do the cleaning on the day we had requested and it had to be done a day later since my stay was 5 days but other than that was great

A site strategically located in the Financial District with very easy access by Uber, taxi, subway, walking. The room was very clean and comfortable with the essentials in the kitchen, the staff was very attentive and responded to requests as soon as possible. They even helped us pick up some packages.

We liked everything about our stay at the placemakr! The staff were fantastic and very helpful, great location to explore Manhattan, a quite and safe area, the room was a great size for a family of 4 and the facilities are great as well, especially the washing machines. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Got confirmation of a room and wifi, how to check in, then that better room given away and I got lower floor and no view Furniture was little worn and settee uncomfortable Safe in robe was not secured to anything, so had to ask for help to be fixed

There was no toaster to make breakfast.

Free laundry facilities were a huge bonus. The kids loved the games room. The rooms were excellent for a family - with space to spread out.

Noisy neighbours. Only 2 nights though. No fan in bathroom, so too steamy. No where to sit and eat. A tiny pull out table and some chairs would be nice.

The A/C may be too loud for light sleepers, and the location can get quite busy at times. The window only opens slightly, so not much fresh air comes in. I also wish they offered cleaning service more frequently—only one service was provided during our 6-day stay. But all in all it was a great experience to stay at Placemakr Wall St.

I had an amazing stay at the Studio Plus room at Placemakr in New York! The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing the perfect balance between comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare meals easily. The location is unbeatable—close to everything I wanted to explore in the city, yet in a peaceful spot that allowed for a relaxing retreat after a busy day. Missing table and chairs in the studio - just foldable table (not so convenient) and sofa for breakfast / eating. Simple glass in the window - quite poor isolation from the streets / outside noise.

Everything was perfect. The apartment more than met our needs and we loved the location. On site facilities are great - coffee shop, restaurant just next door, food delivery, laundry and only 5 minute walk to a good supermarket. Ethan at reception made us welcome from the moment we arrived and is to be praised for his high level of customer commitment. Would definitely stay again

Sleeping in the alcove was a struggle if you draw the curtain as it doesn’t get ventilation so gets very warm.

A good quiet location away from the busyness of Times Square and about a 10 min walk to 9/11 memorial and Trinity Church too. Also easily connected to the rest of Manhattan & Brooklyn via the 2 line or M15 bus. The beds were also comfortable after a busy day walking around the city and sightseeing!

That i couldnt stay longer. My stay was perfect!

Location is very safe and perfect for getting to the subway. The rooms, the staff and the restaurant are all wonderful! I had to request blankets and towels as i was traveling with my boys who are involved in sports and every time i requested, they were fast, friendly and so accommodating. Would highly recommend! I've stayed here twice now and loved it both times.
