The location close to the freeway was great. This facility had been upgraded and was way better than expected. Certainly didn't expect a lighted, heated toilet seat! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay the staff was amazing and always helpful. Breakfast was great. the pool was clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that the spa was not in use but my entire family (three boys and husband) had a blast in the pool. We will be returning here again

My two complaints are pretty subjective, it is located on a busy street and the traffic noise did bother me a bit due to how close our rooms were to the street (first stay mid-building, second right at the street). I slept rather restlessly on the first visit so I planned for it the second visit. My other complaint was related to the pool/spa facility. I forgot the hotel had it so we didn't use it on our first visit but planned for it on our second. My autistic teenager is easily overstimulated by loud noises so we waited until 8:30pm thinking most small children would be done at that time but it was still full of toddlers (which is totally okay!). We waited patiently for a bit to use the spa as a family was already using it and didn't feel comfortable just barging in with strangers. Just as the two families were getting their children rounded up to take them upstairs and we started to get our sweats off to use the spa a new family came in and pushed past us and got in the spa with one of their phones to use to watch basketball and a rack of white claws. The rules specifically states no alcohol was allowed. We figured they'd do their 15 minutes in the spa then get out but nope. After waiting half an hour I gave up and went to report them at the front desk for the alcohol. All that to say, the pool is unsupervised so you get what you get. There's no security camera in there so it's an at-your-own-risk facility and while there's times and rules I got the impression they might not be strongly enforced unless another guest complains. If I were looking specifically for a hotel based on it having a pool I wouldn't pick this one for its pool/spa.

Traveling to Missoula from Great Falls for medical testing twice in one month was tough to fit into my budget. But I wanted a location that was clean and offered breakfast, other reviews suggested this one and I am really glad I chose it. Not only was it exceptionally clean, it's near many restaurants to fit lots of budgets. What had me booking it for our second trip though was the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast. When I had trouble with the pool facility the evening manager was really lovely when I came to complain. Every person working in the building greeted us with smiles, made us feel welcome and appreciated. I got the feeling if I'd needed an extra towel or a bandaid they'd have made sure I got what I needed. Seriously, the breakfast offerings are terrific too and they rotate the hot items, today we had omelets, sausages, biscuits and gravy. Lots of other tasty options including yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, danish, cold cereals, microwavable breakfast burritos.

Went swimming an hour after we checked in(4ish) and my kids and I really enjoyed. One of the employees came in and I'm assuming put a cleaning tablet into the hot tub. Said to the other parent there that it wasn't toxic. However, went back to go swimming with the rest of the family a few hours later and it WREAKED of chlorine as soon as you walked in. Made your eyes sting, made my throat burn, and it was horrible.

Beds were really comfortable, loved the wildlife theme, nice selection for breakfast, and pool wasn't cold.

We had one issue only and it was a broken hair dryer that caused our power in our room to go out for everything in the room. We had to get someone to come flip the breaker back for the power to return. The blow dryer made a horrible sound and then the power went out. Once the power was back on the blow dryer turned back on but the sound was gone for about 45seconds before it started to smoke and smell awful so we discontinued use and called it quits on drying wet hair after the shower.

I liked the decor style and upscale, yet relaxing feel of this locations lobby as well as the layout of the pool and gym facilities.

It's a very nice hotel especially for the price breakfast was great we had a heated toilet seat that was amazing lol but really I missed it after we left very very nice we stayed a week and it was very peaceful and very comfy and clean 🫧 would def recommend! 110 a night is not bad

only problem is in the winter the temperature of 88 is too cold for the pool. We weren't able to use the hot tub as chemicals had been put in about 30 min. before we arrives as it had been drained and cleaned. We were told it wouldn't be long and we would could use it. We were told that 3 times throught that evening. Never got to use it.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and so was the bed. Breakfast ws very good.
