Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesLots of construction going on around the property although we were not really not impacted by it other than traffic redirecting etc
Close proximity to restaurants and bars.

United StatesParking policy. Over 50% of parking was reserved for valet, so why offer self parking?! We did not have our room serviced. However, when we asked on our 3rd day to have the towels replaced, someone came in and just dropped a plastic bag with new towels on the floor, right next to the pile of used towels and didn't even bother to pick-up the used towels nor did they place the clean towels on the towel racks in the bathroom. If it's about "the best experience ever" you certainly missed the mark! Not impressed

United StatesI don't like when hotels only give you the bare minimum access time to your room with a 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out.
The location is great. You can walk to everything nearby on a level path as oppose to other hotels up or down the mountain a bit.

United StatesA little expensive and the extra $25 a night to park was unexpected. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all.
It was nice, it was very clean and the staff were very nice to work with.

United StatesPaying for Parking late in the ski season when very few guests were staying in the Canyons Upper Village was not a friendly gesture. Wiving the parking fee the last two weeks of the ski season would have made my stay perfect.
Location was fine, it's adjacent to the area where the new Sunrise Gondola will be installed in 2025. to walk to the Red Pine Gondola is a little far in ski boots. I took advantage of a shuttle service to and from the Park City Mountain Resort base.

United StatesIt would be better if we got the necessities needed after calling for some. I called the front desk twice and didn’t receive them. I finally tracked down a housekeeper and got them myself.
I liked the spaciousness of the condo. Bed mattress and pillows were so comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen with all of the kitchenware provided.

United StatesOur room was not quiet and we could hear the conversation and the noise from next door room and from outside in the hallway. They did not clean the rooms on regular basis.
The location was very nice even though was a little far from the shopping area and restaurants.

United StatesMy friends were staying as a hotel section. They couldn’t get a rug for their shower area, it took days of asking. This did not make any sense since that’s a safety issue.
The staff all of them were so helpful and kind. Grayson, Raff, Jo and others I don’t remember their names.

No food available was a bit of a disappointment. I found the vending machines the last day when I used the computer. That would have been helpful information. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in.

United StatesThe room was beautiful. Sadly whoever designed / built the property decided not to put any sound proofing between the rooms and unfortunately you could hear E V E R Y T H I N G from the room next door, conversations, sneezing, sex and the TV blaring at 3:00am. Not sure why someone would build such a beautiful fecality with no sound proofing? Also, it wasn't listed on Booking but they charge an additional $20.00 per night for parking?

United StatesWe asked for a queen bed and at least 2 chairs in the room. We were told in advance that our requests could be honored. But when we checked in, we found we were stuck with a king bed which we hate, and an ADA room. No choice at all. The only table in the room was small and a desk, so hard to eat at with two. Even worse was the request for a second chair. We asked FOUR times. First two times were ignored. Third time a high chair was delivered, but no one knocked, so no one to complain to. The fourth request made the high chair disappear, but still no chair for us to use for a meal! Finally we went into the lobby, found a chair, and brought it back to our room. No one seemed to even notice :-(. Bellman was the only really responsive employee, and he was great! There was broken/patched sheetrock in the ceiling of our bathroom and in the hallway. This hotel could really use some updating. Seemed more like a nice Holiday Inn than a Hilton, especially at the outrageous price charged. They call it a suite, but that doesn't mean that there is room to walk around, or a place to sit besides the bed. Also surprising that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, so you have to walk a bit to find anything at all to eat. Seems like they get away with charging so much just due to location. Glad we were only there for one night, but, unfortunately, we didn't even have time to ski Canyons/Park City or use the outdoor hot tub and pool. However, the cross-country skiing down the road at White Pine Nordic Touring Center was excellent!!!
The small kitchen in the room was more adequate than we expected. It had a coffee pot and enough coffee to make a couple of pots of coffee. The small microwave was pretty powerful. The toaster was an added bonus. With the three things we could actually make breakfast!

United StatesWe arrived at our check in time, it took them over an hour to get our room ready. Received a room that didn’t fit the description. Went with my 75 year old Grandma and there were like 20 stairs. Wouldn’t give us another room, or any other solution to fix the issue.
