United Stateswhen we walked in there was a hole punch in the bathroom door. the counter tops were very bad with stains and broken picese. Stains on the floor. they did not let us know that you need to turn the stove on by the timer. The refrigerator had punch marks on it and the entry door also had punch marks. the refrigerator also was missing the bottom drawer and the rails to hold items in the door. There was also a missing drawer in the kitchen. I will not rent from this place again. I have pictures but don't know how to send them as they are on my phone
It was ok to sleep there but not to stay in the room all day.

United StatesPlace was not open 24 hrs. Like mention to me. Also check out time I was told they open at 7am but several others also expecting to open. Waited till about 8am house keeper didn't know either. Someone called police to find out matter. Finally we were told some worker would b e there till 9am. Worker Finally showed up at 9am with no apology what so ever. I lost 4 hours of start travel due no one there. My suggestion is to leave an emergency number for those who have who don't open on time. It was my 1st trip there and never again.

United StatesOne of the desk clerks said to me that it was impossible for my credit card to be charged double when it was up right there on my statement. Any openly said? Well it wasn't me. I didn't do it when I call my bank. The transaction took place right here on his shift. My stay here has been continuous. Each time I renew the room they tell me it's a $100 deposit Which is to be put on hold in my account until the other day the same person who I had a problem with double billing debit my account for the $100. Rather than having it just pending. So now I gotta call my bank on that. The reason I continue to stay here. I'm waiting for the right place.It's not all that this hotel but people can do better and not try to roll people or treat people with disrespect.
I've been here for almost practically a little over a month. Not one time has a staff member Step 1 foot into this room to clean replenish Or anything ..most of the time when I go to get towels or change linen, there is none.. Sometimes not even toilet paper. I had to file a claim with my bank from being double bill and Overcharged ....now there's money that I can't get until after the investigation is over due to that. I extended my room On August 28th, until the following Tuesday on the 30th, they charged me the same again Today's after I just paid 5 daysI know some of the things that I focus on and result in this region for this issue. This was a significant case.

Trash can over flowing with garbage 🗑. No bath towels or toilet paper n rm. No sure if hotel offered ice. TV remote had dead batterys . Had 2 call office 4 most of this ,had 2 wait more than hour b4 I could get 2 rm.as it was not clean. & rm., smelled bad.
Was 2 tired. Went 2 sleep immediately which is what I needed 2 do.

United KingdomOur stay was ruined, but a security guard for the motel, extremely aggressively banging on our door waking us abruptly at 10 pm, screaming "security open the door now!" He stood his ground and shouted this constantly. When I asked for some kind of ID or proof that he was actually a security officer for the motel, he refused and responded "open the door now or I'll kick it down" and again held this stance constantly, with no room for discussion. He refused to accept the fact that we had the key and a print out of the booking confirmation as proof that we were supposed to be in the room. It wasn't until someone from the office ran down and recognised me from check in, that he calmed down. An unforgettable experience for our first night in a new area.
The room was clean and comfortable, and was good value. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.
