Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel room shows wear and tear in places, there was a dirty towel in the bath. Shade was ripped.

Room smelled like weed. Was no sofa bed bedding. Had to go to front desk to get some. Ice machine on our floor was broken.
Location was great. Breakfast service had good options. Nice helpful staff.

The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. Also, the front staff person helped us by reassigning us to a different room as the first assigned room was close to a noisy hallway heating unit. This was much appreciated.

Staff in the evening just sat around in the lobby on their phone. Breakfast was overcooked - both the biscuits and omelets Monday morning.The pool out of order. BTW the other HIE I stayed out last month also out of order. This should be on the listing! I hate loud music being played outside. It rained my entire stay and stepping outside in the wind and rain left little space to talk on the phone due to the volume. And the person next door was snoring SO loudly it woke me up! Paper thin walls. I won't be returning.
Bed was comfortable, shower was very good!

Super small TV, hard to see picture from the bed. If we wanted to watch TV we had to sit in front of the TV at the end of the bed. Suggest something larger then a computer monitor

It said it had a spa, but didn't. Pool was cold. Couldn't understand clerk at check in. Didn't tell us where pool was or when breakfast time was or check out time. The sheets seemed to have crumbs in them.
Breakfast had good choices. The location I wasn't as impressed by.

Our room wasn't vacuumed properly. We found several Taki type chips on the floor near the couch. Also, the lighting in the bathroom /hallway is difficult for applying makeup. The elevator gave an unkempt appearance and made me a little uneasy about what the room would be like, but that was absolutely unfounded. Room was fine! The breakfast area is pretty small and if we'd had more time we would have taken the food back to our room.
Location is good and the parking was good. The lobby is a little tired looking. I really liked the king room having a couch and chair. We also had a microwave and fridge. I found the bed and pillows comfy. I liked the blackout shade and light-filtering option. I didn't hear any airport noise at all -- whether that's a hotel thing or a not busy airport, I'm not sure.

The pool was too chilly. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower and no fresh wash clothes. The air conditioner was unresponsive to changing the temperature.

Hotel is mediocre for being a Holiday Inn (usually I really love Holiday Inn’s) - hotel seems a little older/not updated in awhile.
Staff were friendly, but nothing I strongly liked or disliked about this hotel besides the price, our room was very affordable.

The pool was freezing cold. Breakfast did not have anything fresh and the last day there was not milk carton just one jug to share.

hair on bathroom floor, counter & in bathtub, weird smell in the halls, no iron, coffee maker didn't work, lots of paperwork being shuffled at check in and had to fill out paperwork at check-in.airport area doesn't look very nice. breakfast wasn't restocked well. No fruit options. LOTS of carbs and high caloric choices and not any healthy choices

There were no rooms for people who don’t like pets. I just don’t like the idea of staying in a room where a pet has been.
We like the long bench for putting our baga and suitcases on. Rhe breakfast was pretty hood too. The hotel clerk was auper nice and accommodating
