We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe mo lounge is on the ground floor lobby; I was expecting either a rooftop pool or bar like many other Miami hotels.
The room was a good size, the bathroom had a soaking tub and a separate shower. Our room had a beautiful water view. The staff was very friendly and the valet provided a great sandwich shop recommendation.

United StatesI’m not a huge fan that there is “housekeeping” that come into your room while your items are inside. But I am happy to say they have a “privacy “ button on the door if you don’t want them to come in and/or you can have “housekeeping” when you please.
What I loved about the property was pretty much everything. It was my first time visiting mandarian oriental and I am still daydreaming. If you dont want to spend a lot of money then this place may not be for you, but if you are looking for a luxury getaway and you can afford a nice stay with good food this place is for you! I’ve lived in Miami for 23 years and I’ve visited brickell key a couple of times and have always eyed M.O. and finally made the booking and I don’t regret making that decision. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss out on.
