United StatesMy only criticism is…my husband and I used to consult for large international hotel brands. I’m sure the hotel meets the accessibility guidelines because of the Marriott brand. However, we were given a double queen accessible accommodation and I think getting in and out of the bed would be extremely challenging as well as flushing the toilet because of the layout. Otherwise, the stay was magnificent!
Facilities are great especially if you’re traveling with a group. Big open common spaces that are comfortable and cool to hangout in. Staff is extremely accommodating and well managed and supported.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and fun! The bar and seating area in the lobby was a cool trendy vibe too. The rooms are on the smaller side but the bed was really comfy.

TBH, It was the least expensive hotel from Chase Field. I arrived in the afternoon, took a nap, went to see Green Day, came back, slept, got up at 6:00 am for my flight back. I didn't have a chance to eat, drink, or interact with staff after check in The vibe was quite to my liking, cool, assorted colored lighting... There's a chill area above the lobby/bar. TV, board games... I thought it would be nice, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. Lot's of food options, super close. It's well situated in DTPHX. I would certainly stay here again.

Staff were amazing!!! The whole look, vibe and location couldn’t be beat. The hotel really goes out of its way to make it very welcoming. In town for high school reunion and they went above and beyond and put dry erase markers in the elevator for folks to sign in. Loved the free drink coin at check in.

United StatesThe shower drain was SO loud and the bed needed many more covers on it. It was a sheet and an extremely light blanket. With the strong AC in the room, we were freezing. Not much comfort and coziness to the bed. Also, I would NOT recommend their free signature drink at the bar. Do not order. I hope they try it themselves and change it soon 😅
It was so easy, trendy, compact and cute. The staff was amazing and the layout was great. Definitely best for a short stay. We loved the lobby and the communal aspect. It kind of reads like an upscale hostel with the lobby and communal vibes. Room and lobby were super aesthetic and hip. The lantern in our room was the cutest thing I want my own!

United StatesPrice, shower door, no view like my reservation had indicated. What’s the point of the reservation if you will not accommodate until we arrive?
I had requested a room with a view and I was going to be given a room with no view. They did try to accommodate but I ended up getting a room facing another building. The shower door was broken which made it difficult to shower. Not worth the price, I could have gone to a motel 6 for this price.

United StatesThe room was super small. It was all the way in the back dark area. The front staff took forever to check me in. They were making drinks. Not a good setup at all. We had items we were holding and they took no initiative to help us. It was more of a club hotel feel then a relaxed chill feel. Checked in at 5ish and checked out a 8ish. Didn’t even stay the night. Was way overpriced for this hotel. Will never book again. Tattoos being done as soon as you walk in. That didn’t bother me as much as their lack of customer support

Loved everything about this place. The staff were great, the location is perfect and only a block away from the Footprint Center, the hotel design and ambiance were next level, and the rooms, while small, were comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bar and lounge area was an added bonus! I’d certainly stay here again and will even look for Moxy hotels when traveling to other cities
