We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe property is very clean and has most things you need, and the location is good, but we wouldn't have given it a 4 star - housekeeping is only every 2 days which is fine (and that is made clear before arriving), but to do so they come and knock on your door at 10:00, so if you're still in and you they knock, you miss it - it'd be so much better with a please clean/please DND sign you could put on your door !

United States-As with many other hotels in NYC, the walls are thin. We had a group of rowdy girls on our floor with little respect for others who were very loud both departing the hotel after midnight and returning after 4 am. Hanging out in the hallway. One was cackling like she was front row at a comedy show.

United KingdomThe power points didn't all work, there were lots around the room to make do. The bed was on the harder side, but really there was nothing to complain about.
The location is just amazing, the neighbour is lovely with so much to explore and has everything you need nearby. Plenty of subway stops around and it's great to be so close to Soho, East Village, Chinatown. The staff were kind and friendly, accomodating any needs. Felt very safe and clean. The rooftop also has amazing views. Would 100% recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the city.
