Staff are great and very helpful. Location is great. You hear street noise but that is to be expected on a weekend. Would stay again.

The property is very clean and has most things you need, and the location is good, but we wouldn't have given it a 4 star - housekeeping is only every 2 days which is fine (and that is made clear before arriving), but to do so they come and knock on your door at 10:00, so if you're still in and you they knock, you miss it - it'd be so much better with a please clean/please DND sign you could put on your door !

Small, chic hotel on the Little Italy / chinatown borders. Great location and very comfortable beds!! Shower was superb too. View of up town and of the business district from the roof was amazing.

-As with many other hotels in NYC, the walls are thin. We had a group of rowdy girls on our floor with little respect for others who were very loud both departing the hotel after midnight and returning after 4 am. Hanging out in the hallway. One was cackling like she was front row at a comedy show.

-Location -Friendly staff -Cleanliness -Room size -Good value compared to other hotels of similar cost this one is 10x better

The power points didn't all work, there were lots around the room to make do. The bed was on the harder side, but really there was nothing to complain about.

The location is just amazing, the neighbour is lovely with so much to explore and has everything you need nearby. Plenty of subway stops around and it's great to be so close to Soho, East Village, Chinatown. The staff were kind and friendly, accomodating any needs. Felt very safe and clean. The rooftop also has amazing views. Would 100% recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the city.

Location was amazing walk out the door there was good coffee good food close to Nolita, China town, Little Italy close to the subway. 24 hour coffee for free it was just perfect.

Small lobby but for this trip it wasn't a problem or even needed, but if you are booking with a group of friends you may want to keep that in mind.

Located between Little Italy and Chinatown. The rooms were laid out well and clean. Our room was facing Grand Ave so we expected some noise but for NYC it wasn't that noisy.

Very little room in the lobby area... since it was wintertime, we couldn't drink our morning coffee on the rooftop so the lobby was the only spot and it is small.

Front desk service was excellent. Location is perfect near Little Italy, Chinatown, and several subway stations. Staff did a great job having coffee and danish ready every day.

The rooms were a little loud, could hear people talking loudly in the hallway but could have just been those particular people.

Great location! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was firm and not broken in like some hotels. Everything was clean and the water filter in the lobby was a huge value add, including the two bottles of water they provide you.

They really used the floor space very efficiently. We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

We loved the location- right in Little Italy. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. I appreciated them giving us a quiet room not facing the street. We slept very well. Safe neighborhood.

The TV and available channel/aps really need upgrade.

The location, the staff, the view from the window and the rooftop ! Discounts with restaurant, free tea/coffee… were great.
