We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaThe Bathroom was very worn out, it wasn’t nice to have a shower there. The towels smelled like cigarettes and the noise coming from the room next door was so loud it disturbed our sleep in the morning. They promote breakfast included in booking but there is absolutely no breakfast in the location, the have a snack bar at reception and after making the claim they gave us a packet of crisps or a bottle of water for compensation
We were able to check in very late. The receptionist gave us some good advice on what to do in phoenix.

United StatesRoom was motel room so did not expect much. Got less than expected. Toilet needed repair. Shower was not clean. Door was very difficult to open and close due to excessive layers of paint. Walking was not very safe with the way they had pavement done in dips and such.

United StatesThe room was musty smelly & old looking. The drapes were broken on the curtain rod but did close fully for privacy at night. The water took 15-20 minutes in the wash basin to become hot & it had a big crack down the middle of it. In the shower, I never got hot water even after running it for 20 minutes. It was only lukewarm. There was NO free breakfast as advertised! They had a free coffee & juice machine only. From a nearby refrigerator, they offered other drinks for sale.
They had nice Spanish tiles in the walkways. The bed & pillows were comfy.

United StatesWoke up the day of check out and there was no water they gave us 1 towel for 2 people sounded like the neighbors next to us were fighting. The check in clerk asked us if we were from Mexico which I’m not sure why where American then asked have you been to Mexico I said no why would that matter we came to a baseball game it was horrible customer service. they asked me if I was from Mexico but I couldn’t really understand the broken English they were speaking so I feel like all of that was just odd. The house keeper @10:20am knocked I told her we are still getting ready then just opens the door and says check out is at 11 I said I’m aware but the front desk told us it’s okay if we go over a little bit si me we woke up @ 8:30 to no water.
the room cooled down fast it was very hot and humid a lot of bugs were on the comforter we just took off the comforter since staff was extremely rude I didn’t want to bother them didn’t seem like they cared at all

United StatesEven a plastic glass would make it possible to drink some water. Workmen using power saws at 7 am was a little disruptive to sleep. I guess it is high season (April) for Phoenix, and it is close to airport, but $135 a bit much for the quality of stay.

United StatesThe room was not clean at all! There was lots of hair In the shower, bathroom and counters. I was so disgusted I couldn’t take a shower. The property did not seem kept up. For example , there was a rusting toilet paper holder, and toilet had a hard time flushing. There was general dirt build up in the corners of the room. The bed squeaked loudly when getting off it and I’m a small person. There was more but those bothered me the most.
The property was close to the Airport and local transportation bus line was easy to navigate.

United StatesWhat I didn’t like about the hotel is it’s false advertisement for breakfast. The advertising of breakfast was one of the main reasons of selecting this hotel. Also some amenities in my room didn’t work as well as having to spend 20 mins to get a keycard that would open the door.
What I liked about the property was the location it was close to the airport and it was clean and affordable. The property was quite and I was able to rest from a long hectic day of flight delays and a cancellation.
