USRoom 253 had a terrible odor of cigarette smoke, big stain on the bedding, and the ceiling plaster had big exposed patches and was in need repair. Staff accomodated us with a new room with a less offensive smell. However, the sink faucet was loose and backwards, tub did not drain, and thermostat did not work for heat, air conditioning unit looked filthy, and carpet was very worn. Second room (241) that we also booked smelled Iike an ashtray. Dog feces were all over the grounds surrounding the building. We have stayed at other Red Roof Inns and had no issues. We were very disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.
Pet friendly, bed was comfortable, staff helpful, convenient location, free parking.

IndiaAir conditioner is making a lot of noise. None of my family members couldn't sleep properly. Coffee maker doesn't have coffee pack holder, also coffee maker is dirty. Microwave doesn't have the plate inside. Bathroom door doesn't have a lock.

Worst part was a hotel worker knocking on my door at 9:30 am. He wanted to know if I was checking out or staying another night when my reservation was for one night and check out wasn’t 11 am !!

CanadaThe hotel needs to be updated. The smell of the room wasn't bad but it was stale smelling. Poor quality pillows. Towels should be supplied based on number of guests. There were no towels when we checked in. We had to ask the front desk. When we asked for another pillow because pillows were so flat, we were told there were no more pillows.

United StatesStaff was talking on the phone in Arabic the entire time I was being checked in. We were supposed to have a premiere room with snacks, there’s even a poster of it in the lobby, but when I asked about it all I got was one word, “Covid”. Not a good excuse any more for individually wrapped snacks, especially when your not wearing mask. Also, ice buckets but no ice machine. it seems your staff is just phoning it in.

United StatesThe gentleman who checked us in doesn't understand the difference between a queen sized bed and a full. All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but ours smelled like an ashtray. There was an empty Snapple bottle on the floor behind the door. The sink faucet was broken. It was way overpriced for what we got.
