Very disappointed in the breakfast. Been staying here 5-6 times a year and looked forward to the made to order breakfast that is no longer available. The continental breakfast that replaced it was worse than almost every other 2 star hotel I've stayed at. Very disappointing. Caused us to cancel next reservation.

Pool & spa could use a deep cleaning. Not a lot of seating. One of the stair case rails was coming off the wall. Not safe for anyone.

Good location to stay prior to early morning flight. Price to leave your car way cheaper than airport and chattel service to airport is good.

On third floor, my wife attempted to purchase water from a vending machine. Machine seem complicated to use: she had to make two trips to cashier too exchange machine coins to US money. If you're in the market for a different vending machine, I suggest you look for a vending device that is "easy and convenient" to purchase for water and beverages. Thanks for your consideration. We look forward to moving to OR one day.

I had to be at the airport at 4:00 AM. This is an older property but it has been maintained. Room was clean, linens fresh, shuttle service easy to book and on time at 3:45 AM!!! Good value.

Needs some updates, one of the fire exit doors wouldn't open during our stay which was a concern.

Pillows definitely need to be replaced, they were hard and flat, at least on my bed the other bed pillows weren't as flat. I am sure I would have asked, they would have given me new ones. Outside that it was wonderful

I love that I got my own Queen size bed. Pillows are in a rock hard pillow jail. (I had to say it.... WE DON'T JUDGE!) 😁

GOT SNOWED IN AND FLIGHT CANCELLED. STAYED AN EXTRA NIGHT THE RESTAURANT DIDN’T OPEN EITHER NIGHT FOR DINNER. IT WAS OK AS I COULD DRIVE FINE IN MY SUBARU, BUT APPARENTLY SNOW PLOWING ISN’T A THING IN MEDFORD. FINALLY FOUND A SUBWAY OPEN THE FIRST NIGHT AND OLIVE GARDEN OPEN THE SECOND NIGHT

Finding out that the Hot Breakfast with servers Rhonda, Jenn , Sean and hospitality of the enjoying breakfast and restaurant for made to order meals. . As a frequent customer that is what brought us back Charge us $5 as a upgrade we would pay

The handicap rooms were such a FAR WALK from the elevator, this made it difficult to walk to THE ROOM , But overall enjoyed my stay

The restaurant was hardly functioning because of a power outage. The complimentary breakfast was affected, not what I expected. I was looking forward to a good breakfast and I got a breakfast sandwich and some coffee. Kind of disappointing.

Easy to find, had fun in the pool and spa, everything was clean. I traveled with a dog and a friend, they put me in a room that was convenient for outside.
