Salon/spa wasn’t open on a Saturday. Early am shuttle wasn’t on time. causing me extra stress.

We like that the Hotel is close to the airport, has a restaurant and airport shuttle. Besides that, we like that the people are always friendly and the hotel is very clean, smells fresh and is centrally located in amongst stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed the room upgrade. That was a great surprise! Thanks so much.

The rooms are well used and worn and it shows. This used to be a great deal as you spent the night, left your car, and got a shuttle to the airport. Now they charge $8 a night for your car, which makes it much more expensive than just leaving your car at the airport, or more than other competing newer hotels.

The staff including the shuttle drivers were great.

The pool was humid and hot inside the facility. We had trash left in our room when we checked in. The tub was still dirty and the shower water pressure was terrible.

The food was good. The Mac n cheese for our kids was way too spicy. Resturant being in the hotel was great for our family. We didn’t have to travel to eat.

.The bed had a dip in it. Way too soft. Stayed two days. Didn't sleep. Had kids and was told they could play pool until 3:30 to be told the next they couldn't. Went ahead and ate but waited almost 2 hours for our food which the mac n cheese was not even hot. And no, we were not drinking.This was all waiting time. By staying and eating it ate into our time which didn't leave much time before our prior arrangements to do anything. We booked for 4-5 people. With that in mind there should be enough amenities for both days without having to ask. 2 washcloths, 4 towels. 1 thing of shampoo and such. Just not very professional. The room was clean and fine. Oh but that coffee maker. Sooo loud.

So far, there is nothing that I don't like.

First of all, we brought our dogs with us. The first floor is the "pet" floor and I liked the convenience of being able to easily take dogs out and not hassle with elevators. There are plenty of grassy areas for them as well. The rooms are huge!!! And comfortable. There is a bar sink. The check in staff was so friendly and helpful. I really really like this facility. I will definitely be back!!

I didnt like the location. My husbands tools were stolen out of his truck. They broke his lock on his tool box to get in. They have no cameras in the parking lot. Lots of tweakers hanging around.

Very Poor Service!!! We had no hot water for shower and called the counter for help. First call, they said they will send someone to fix it and give me response in 10 mins. I got no response for more than 20 mins. Then I made the second call, another manager said he will send techs to check the boiler. NO response and NO hot water for another 20 mins Then I made the third call, he said techs already exam it and asked me to check the hot water again. So ridiculous, they never called back to me nor response. In the end, I need to turn the diverter to a strange angle to have "Not Too Cold" water for shower.

I had three very heavy suitcases and I was struggling to get them downstairs early in the morning to go to my flight and I had to leave one upstairs in the hallway and the manager at the desk was nice enough to go up and get that third suitcase for me and bring it down to me. He certainly went above and beyond expectations to help me with that heavy suitcase. Also during the night I decided to take a bath and there was no stopper in the tub and I called down to the front desk and he sent up the maintenance man who found a stopper that worked so I was able to take a bath. They were very accommodating. I had left my blood pressure monitor cuff there and they called and said they would send it.
